After a clown plumber messed up my flood and drainage issue more, I called R&B Plumbing. Samuel and Lordes were excellent, professional, and right on time! They arrived the same day to diagnose the problem. After I got three estimates elsewhere, I decided to call them back and they graciously arrived the same day to solve the flood and drain blockage problem. Hardworking and dependable people who got the job done. Thank you
They are a great service. Clean and professional. They don’t overcharge and do everything the right way the first time. Very good a communicating everything to give a clear picture of what and why they are fixing/repairing/ or installing. Highly recommend them.
Samuel did quick and reasonably priced service after an emergency weekend call, he also found some problems that need to be addressed so I guess it's lucky we had an emergency after all. Thank you again! Attaching before and after photos to the review.
Samuel was very professional, transparent and courteous. He was able to provide services at our home less than 30 minutes after the call was made to Rooter and Beyond Plumbing. He provided an estimate within minutes of his arrival, started the work and completed it in a timely manner. I am pleased and would highly recommend him for future services. Great Job!!
Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Did all work in one day and left working areas clean after they finished. Answered any questions I had and explained what and why work was being done in a specific way. Definitely will call them to redo bedroom closet space since the owner mentioned that his company also does construction work too.
