“Horrible experience. Called for an emergency clog on a Sunday. I had no problem paying the extra fee for Sunday. Called at 11am. Called me right back. (which was good) I was told they would be out that day but would be a few hrs. Fine. About 5 I called and was told they was on another job but would be here that day. About 8pm rolled around and I called to reschedule for Monday. Told them I'd be home about 5. They said that would work. I called a little after 5 and told them I was home and they said ok. They'd be on their way soon but was on another job. Again no show and no communication from”
