Absolutely outstanding service Romo Plumbing! These guys are hands-down the best plumbers I've ever dealt with. They showed up exactly on time, diagnosed a tricky leak in my kitchen in minutes, and had everything fixed perfectly in under an hour. Super professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely nice people who treat your home like their own. What really stood out was how honest and fair they were - they easily could have upsold me on unnecessary work, but instead explained everything clearly and only did what actually needed to be done. Their pricing was extremely reasonable for the high-quality work. Joey and Tyler are the real deal - true professionals who clearly take pride in their work. I've already recommended them to my neighbors and will never call anyone else for plumbing needs. I forgot the 2 men who came to fix my plumbing issue, but they were both great! They were knowledgeable, explained what and why they were doing things to unclog my mainline, and did it quickly without any issue. I’d definitely recommend Romo’s to anyone looking for a plumber that won’t break the bank. I called at 8am on a Mon, and they came early afternoon and finished within an hour, with everything working correctly.

I’m extremely grateful to the team at Romo’s plumping! I had an emergency leak that I didn’t realize had flooded my backyard and needed instant repair. Jacson came out within the hour of calling and was extremely helpful and informative. The full repair was out of my price range with any other company but they offered me a payment plan over two separate plans which I appreciated. The woman who confirmed the appointment the following day was very nice and professional. She told me someone would be at my home between 2-5 and I was so relieved when Zach arrived. He got right to work, gave me a clear understanding of what he did and showed me where the problem was in my pipe he replaced. I live in a trailer that will most definitely have more issues in the future and I can say for a fact that when those problems arise, I’ll be calling back this amazing team. Hard working, friendly, professional and most of all, honest! Thank you guys for helping and working with me on such a dirty job! I appreciate it it more than this review can put into words!

Doesn't speak English and doesn't carry material for emergency jobs

Was billed $189. an hour per plumber. The owner got very agitated when I asked him to explain the bill, he had no knowledge of what was done and just kept repeating himself. Nasty.

Not able to leave a second review? So I am editing this to include the fact that I had a faucet leak in my manufactured home a few days ago. Called Romo's, they scheduled for the next morning, Joey showed up and fixed the leak, took about 30 minutes, Fantastic service once again. He was friendly and professional. But the original review was several months ago/water main. Just fantastic service every single time! They treat you like family! We had an emergency water main break that forced us to shut off water to 145 residents in our manufactured home park (Indian Rocks Estates). We called two other plumbers, and both told us it would be up to 24 hours before anyone could come out. Our third call was to Romo’s Plumbing in Largo. Their office told us, “Someone will be out in 30 minutes.” Honestly, we didn’t believe it—but hoped for the best. Within an hour, a full crew of four plumbers AND Romo himself were on-site. To our surprise, Romo jumped right into the trench alongside his team and worked to get the repair done. We told our residents to expect a 4-hour outage, but thanks to Romo’s crew, it was completed in just 2 hours. That made a world of difference—fewer angry residents, and a huge relief for us. The professionalism, friendliness, and teamwork were outstanding. You just don’t find service, knowledge, and dedication like this anymore. Because of this experience, we’ve decided to use Romo’s Plumbing for all of our future issues. They’re available 24/7, and every member of their crew treated us with respect and urgency. Romo's Plumbing is a pleasure to work with. My mother's house had a water heater replaced by a different company that also left her with another issue that was not initially caused by us. I needed to find a different plumbing company and contact Romo's company. Mara who generally answers the phone is polite and has great customer service skills. Super friendly and you can tell she listens to your issues and relays this information to whomever it needs to be passed to. She will call you back on a timely manner. She will try to respond to questions you have. Romo, who is the business owner, contacted me where we spent a good amount of time addressing several of my concerns. I don't know anything about plumbing, but Romo was great at explaining it through to me. He was very honest and came out to assess the issues... He was upfront about pricing and talked to me like we are two humans holding a conversation. With my mother under a tight timeline, Romo knew the sense of urgency unlike the other original company. He came out the next day and was able to help me move forth with the job. He is professional, reasonably priced (even worked with me because I was hesitant to begin with due to my most recent interaction with the other plumbing company), honest, and shows he tries his best to get the answers you are looking for. Romo doesnt pressure you into going with him. He understands and seems like someone who just really wants to help diagnose and fix your plumbing issues. That's all we have asked for. 10/10 would recommend this company.

I’m very pleased with the urgency and quality of service provided by Romo’s Plumbing. “J” and “D” did a phenomenal job. As someone who works from home, I truly appreciated their professionalism, respect for my space, and clear communication. They took the time to answer all my questions before leaving, which gave me peace of mind. What stood out the most was their attention to detail—not only was the plumbing work done perfectly, but the work area was left spotless. To me, that’s a sign of a job truly well done. Equally important was how comfortable they made me feel. Their social awareness was refreshing—they matched my energy, engaged politely when appropriate, and respected my focus without awkwardness. It may seem like a small thing, but feeling safe and at ease in your own home during service visits matters a lot. We had such a great experience with Romo’s Plumbing! From start to finish, their communication was amazing. They kept us updated every step of the way, showed up when they said they would, and made the entire process completely stress free. Normally, replacing a water heater is something my husband would handle himself. But after recently having surgery, he was down for the count and naturally our water heater chose that exact moment to give up on life. 🤦‍♀️🤣 Thankfully, Jacson came to the rescue! He was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and had our new water heater installed so quickly. Honestly, he saved me from the true emergency… surviving in a house with two teenage girls and no hot water. And for that alone, he deserves 5 stars. 😂 We truly appreciate the excellent service and would absolutely recommend Romo’s Plumbing to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and responsive plumber!

I found Romo's through a recommendation from a friend. I've been really impressed with the quality of work and even more impressed with the quality and care from the people. There was a snafu on their end with my appointment. Everyone from the folks who answered the phone to the guys who showed up to do the work did what they could to make it right. Romo, the owner, came to my house to personally apologize. He and Brandon took care of my issue and didn't even charge me. I was shocked! You rarely see that from a company these days. It's clear they truly value their customers. Jackson, who completed a prior service for me, was just as great. He was knowledgeable, communicative and professional. I struggle with plumbing issues at my house and am glad to have finally found a company like Romo's.

Other companies I've been using had all sorts of scheduling and communication issues. Called Romos after being ghosted by another local plumbing company with an urgent pressure valve leak with my water heater. Ended up talking with the owner Romo, and he was super nice and eager to help me out and gain my business, even gave me a few tips on things to check with the water heater and maintenance things to do on my own. They sent out Joey early the next day and had the valve replaced and everything tested within an hour or so. Great explanation of the problem and helpful answers to all my secondary questions. Hope to have him back for other projects! Great technician and communication with everyone at this company keep it up!

We were out of town and our house sitter reported some backups in two of our bathroom, toilets and showers. I called Romos on a Sunday and they were able to come out first thing Monday morning. Tyler and Joey showed up right at 8:30! They were extremely polite and professional and got down to business. They snaked out the pipes and also used a camera to go just over 100 feet into our pipes to make sure everything was running smoothly. They checked and double checked each sink, tub and toilet throughout the house via the camera to make sure the issue was fixed. Incredibly detailed! This is the second time we have used Romo and we would never call anyone else! Can’t recommend them enough! Thanks Tyler and Joey!

I highly recommend Romo's Plumbing! I've been working with their team for years. Their plumbers are always knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. They provide high-quality service at a very fair price. I've been especially impressed with Ed, Jackson, Joey, Zach, and of course Romo himself! Working with Mara, Jamie, and Angie in the office is always a pleasure too. The plumbers really take the time to explain issues and educate the customer. (If you are a homeowner, that is worth its weight in gold!) Their team is very experienced. They do everything from small home repairs to big commercial jobs, and they always get it right. Knowing a great and honest plumber is truly a blessing — they're the real deal!
