Orlando was amazing from the moment he arrived until the moment he left. He was kind, patient, and incredibly informative the entire time. It’s rare to experience this level of service these days. Thank you for genuinely caring and for taking the time to walk us through the whole process. We highly recommend using Roger’s Plumbing!

Third time using Roger's Plumbing and all experiences were very good although a bit pricey. However sometimes more work is required than one would think and that seemingly pricey quote covers the unexpected. This last time Orlando did a fantastic job installing a seemingly simple RO system and ran into some unexpected issues. He spent the time to get the correct parts and did a great job with the install. He was prompt and very professional - highly recommended.

Jaskson was great! He was polite and respectful. He told me what he was doing each step of the way, asked my opinion and gave me options. He left my bathroom really clean, much better than he found it. He even brought in packages that were sitting on my front porch. She went above and beyond. I will definitely call Roger’s Plumbing next time, like I have for many years.

Although I specifically requested a. Technician with Rinnai tankless water heater experience. he clearly was not. He could not get his manometer to connect, only cleaned the igniter and focused on selling expensive warranties and services. I continue to have the same problem plus others that began while he was onsite. I will not recommend or use you again. In a response by Rogers, he asserted I had refused the technician's offer to call Rinnai for support. In fact, the reason I called them was that Rinnai will not communicate with the customer (very poor customer support) directly and I needed technician to communicate with them. When it was clear the technician sent was not experienced with that type of heater and could not get his manometer to work, I had very little confidence in his work. He also was reluctant to call Rinnai as I initially requested but did clean the ignitor, based on Roger's rules and focused on pushing overpriced services. Not a good experience and I will share my review often to as many potential customers as possible. Your latest response insisting that the technician recommended a call to Rinnai for technical support and it was declined is not true. If you are being told that by him, you are being misled. As I stated earlier, I specifically called to get someone experienced to contact Rinnai as they will not respond to the customer, but he stated that he could only follow "Roger's rules". Although he was personable, in my judgement, he was not experienced on that product and did not want to call Rinnai at that time. When I pressed him, he indicated that it might not even be possible to get a response from them at this time, but he thought it was likely the board. Apparently, the owner attempts to micro-manage his staff as they respond to calls. When I scheduled service, I was assured their technicians were knowledgeable on the Rinnai tankless heater and I accepted that assurance. However, the technician ignored my description of the problem and after failing to get his manometer to function, blindly followed Roger's rules. Not the technician's fault but that management style does not allow for him to adapt to the customer or react to intermittent problems. The owner's response seems to blame the customer and make no effort to reach out to understand the situation. It would only seem to be designed to increase company revenue. It appears I am not the only one with this experience, as there are several reviews on Yelp from others with a similar experience. I should have checked there before contacting Roger's, but I do recommend reading the one stars reviews to anyone considering doing business with this company. The owner did call after my latest post. He attempted to justify his charges by claiming they provided extra service, support and great warranties on their services whether the customer needs or wants those. He also asserted that the technician claimed I refused his offer to contact Rinnai but, in fact, he initially failed to consider my description of the problem and only followed "Roger's rules" and cleaned the ignitor after failing to get his manometer to work. Even though I called specifically to get a technician to contact Rinnai as they would not provide any support directly to the customer. He then attempted to quote for additional overpriced services which included calling Rinnai if cleaning the ignitor failed as we both believed it likely would. I did find the charge of $355 per hour on the call laughable but that was on his way out the door as I had lost confidence in this company and his competence. The owner's micromanagement policy may work for straight forward problems but will likely also be overpriced while allowing him to provide lower skilled technicians. It fails to react to intermittent problems and responses expected by some customers. I recognize that it is his choice how he runs his business, but I will consider the $238 payment (which only seemed to worsen the problem), I made as sunk cost to learn not to use this company or this product again.

They "fixed" my dripping faucet last March. Said it was under warranty. They have been back 7 times and made it worse most of them. Almost always late. Yesterday that claimed problem solved and it started dripping again almost immediately. Now I have another appt for an "estimate". So I guess warrantee doesn't really mean that. Please don't waste your time with these people. Ladies at the front desk are every nice though.

Had a dreadful evening last night to say the least. My old faucet in the shower/tub decided to do the old drip drip drip for weeks. Being the fantastic fixer that I am, I decided to fix what was the original faucet from 1984. What could go wrong, I just thought if I unscrewed the faucet knob to see what was wrong I'd of course see something wrong and fix it. Unscrew a decades old knob without cutting the water off and just see what can go wrong. I did just that. I am a pretty smart guy I like to think, lots of common sense, not this day! I admit it, can you? I unscrewed the knob, tugged on it and wha la! the knob came off and so did the insert inside the faucet and water shot out like a gyser, it started blowing the shower curtain outside the tub and I had no way to cut off the water except to take my drenched ass out to the road and luckily I had one of those cut off tools to cut it off at the street! I came back in and had a dam mess from hell and back. I called Rogers Plumbing this morning after all the trama, and they said they could send someone out Friday AM. But they would put me on the list for today if someone cancelled. They called me, someone had cancelled or they just fit me in, and set up an appointment for today instead of tomorrow. Orlando, I feel like hes family by now since he has been out to my place before to fix my gas pipe behind the stove. Within an hour he had fixed the pipes, added cut offs on both the hot and cold so if I ever have any problems with this particular plumbing I can cut it off inside without cutting off all the water in my house. I can enjoy my weekend without worry about drip drip drip, you all know how annoying that can be, well, all is fixed and done now. When he left I could finally friken breath again! I see some postings on how expensive their, this or that quote was. These people went to school to rescue us from something we obviously know nothing about. Sure you can get the neighbor to fix it bc hes cheat, O I mean cheap, and will do it now, right this minute type of guy. but when you come home to a dam flood, where is he? No where to be found and your problem is worse than ever because why? what is the old saying? You get what you pay for. When you go to Star Bucks and get your iced coffee, do you complain bc its like how much these days? $add that up in a month. When you go get a burger, fries and drink, do you complain when you get your check and its 20 something dollars plus tip? Do you complain when you grab a water at the convenient store do you complain bc its an outrageous price? Every company no matter who it is these days have rent and employees taxes and EGGS to buy, kids in school and their needs, Oh and dont forget the upcoming wedding that you are happy to spend 10s of thousands of dollars on just to find you want a divorce 6 months later. If you want a good plumber, electrician, etc... someone professional that insures restful sleep when you go to be at night bc you know your house isnt going to be flooded bc uncle earl was cheap and screwed it up. There's a reason that we pay more, and yes sometimes a lot to fix things in our house, its our biggest investment in life/so our house doesnt flood or burn down, its not just bc we don't want to hear drip drip drip, its all about safety for us and yes sometimes our families. That comes at a price but it also comes with peace of mind and yes with a guarantee. I bitch about the price of eggs but I don't want to get some chickens, I might complain at times about the price of a plumber or electrician or other contractor, but I don't want to go to college to get a degree for one or the other but im certainly glad someone else did. Sorry about the spelling and punctuation. I do have common sense, thats why I will call the professionals next time instead of thinking I know it all, I don't nor do you. Thank you Rogers Plumbing, I will sleep well tonight. Sam J.

Roger's Plumbing is a life saver. I call them for the routine stuff, but also the difficult stuff and they always come through for me, big job or little job, routine or difficult, When others disappoint, Roger saves the day. I know that they will get it done right and will always be straight up honest in their estimates and dealings. Whether the news is good or bad, they tell the truth and do right by you. After they have fixed something, you won't have to worry about it anymore. It will be done right. Very right. I've been using them since I first became a home owner in 1999, back when Roger's was just Roger and one truck. I bought a duplex on the east side that had a lot of plumbing problems, and Roger fixed them all. Since then I bought another old multifamily home, so I have four units that they work on, and that's a lot of plumbing. They don't mind if I watch them work and I have learned a few things about plumbing from watching them. They have plenty of work to keep them busy so they don't mind if I pick their brains for how to fix the simple DIY stuff myself. There are other good enough plumbers in town and sometimes I've had to use others because it was an emergency and Roger's could not get to it. When you are as good as Roger's, you are in demand and can't be everywhere at once. But that is the only reason I would hire anyone else, I always call Roger's first and I would not even consider hiring anyone else unless Roger's was totally backed up and not available. We hired a well known company to install our tankless water heater because we were unaware that Roger's also did those. Boy, that was a mistake. This other company was not honest. They left us with a big gas line mess that they would not fix. It was a difficult job. We called Roger's and they fixed it. They are like the cavalry, to the rescue. They even got the permit closed out for us, though that was the responsibility of the other company. I can't say that I enjoy having plumbing problems or spending money on pluming but it is always a pleasure to work with Rogers. Every single person on the team is friendly and professional. I always feel like they did right by me, they keep their word to the letter. So after all this glowing review, you must think this is not for real, too good to be true? No. I will say they are not the cheapest in town. You can hire one of the big companies and they may be cheaper, but the next time they come out, it will be a different crew and you don't know if the next guy is going to be good or not. I like that with Rogers, it is always the same people who I have come to know and you have a business relationship with them. That is worth extra to me. And sometimes they get backed up with work, but they will let you know if that is the case. They could hire more guys and get more trucks, to have people on standby, but quality goes down with that, in my opinion. They are the best and that's why they are busy.

My two outdoor water spigots were leaking and in trying to repair them, I found out that my main water shutoff valve was broken. And so, I had to look for a plumber. At first, I found one using a phone app, scheduled a time, and waited...and waited. 45 minutes later, still no one showed up, and so I called and got the excuse that he forgot to call and let me know he was going to be late, and that it would be another hour before he would arrive. Yeah..that wasn't going to happen. I canceled and the very next day called Roger's Plumbing. Angela answered and was very nice, and said she could have someone meet me up the next day, and the next day I met up with Chris. He was on time and very professional. I explained the situation, he took a look and explained to me in detail what was needed, explained the pricing and warranty, and we then set up a time to get the job done. It was hassle free! Sure enough, Chris came on the day that we set up and texted me to let me know he was getting started. I was at work, and appreciated that he informed me that he was on the job. He even texted me pictures, showing me progress along the way. I got to see the pipes and valves after he dug into it and the beautiful new pipes and valves after he finished the job. And a bonus surprise, as I found out later, was that he went ahead and even replaced the two leaky spigots with brand new ones. I had thought he was just going to fix them. This was at no extra charge. Excellent! The entire experience was excellent, and I had repairs done in a matter of days. They are now my go to plumbers for any future projects or repairs. I highly recommend Roger's Plumbing.

Roger's Plumbing is my go-to plumbers. I am a Realtor and it is pretty common to need a plumber either when preparing to sell a house or after a buyer has had a home inspection and problems are identified, so I have plenty of experience with them. They are consistently professional and courteous, and I trust them. They do quality work and that is what you want when it comes to such an integral system as plumbing. Their pricing is straight forward. Yes, with some repairs such as a leak under a slab foundation they cannot give a quote until they pinpoint the location where the repair is needed, and that is scary to some people, but the fact of the matter is, you need a repair done and homeowners insurance may pay for part of it if there is a good insurance policy. It has been my experience with Roger's that they come during the window of time I am told, and they call me when they are on the way. I read the other reviews and it looks like probably what happens is a couple of times a year there is a misunderstanding or scheduling error and people come on here and complain, but I am sure there are hundreds of times the company does an excellent job and people are satisfied and don't think to share the great review online. Especially since plumbing work is not exactly the type of thing you get excited about and want to tell everyone, like a great restaurant. Side note: I wish everyone posting reviews on Yelp would consider what it would be like if the people they affect through their work could post online reviews of them.

Great service!! I had a plumbing emergency and called, what felt like, every plumber in Austin and was getting nowhere. Called Roger's and was met with a friendly rep who got me on the schedule asap. Marcus and Shane showed up promptly and were friendly and professional. They took the time to listen to my findings, quickly found the problem. Were very transparent on what they were doing and why. Once they found the problem, they stopped to show me what they found and then took the time to research the needed materials and made sure they had what they needed on the truck or what they needed to get. They provided clear estimates on the repair. Marcus gave multiple options on the repairs including pricing, warranty, labor etc. I felt absolutely no pressure to make a quick decision. They took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions patiently. They were able to do the repairs very quickly, including removing dry wall, replacing piping, testing, cleaning and they even put the kitchen back together!! I can't say enough great things about Roger's, but especially Marcus and Shane. The level of service, professionalism and courtesy was unbelievable. I how to not have any more plumbing problems, but no doubt Rogers will be my only call if they come up!!!

Way way way over priced, but fast to get out to fix our issue because of a canceled appointment somewhere else. The men that came out were nice enough, but I felt I didn't get the full perspective of what they were doing, as he pulled out the price sheet, pointed to a number (the cost) and described "digging" and "replacing" of pipes (the work was outside in the lawn) in order to turn a valve. If I knew more about plumbing perhaps I could have asked more pointed questions... Upon agreeing and thinking they would be out there for at least an hour with the work, I heard a knock after about 10 minutes, if that, and them saying they had completed the work and needed to test the pressure. They fixed the issue but to pay hundreds of dollars (approximately $500) for under 10 minutes worth of work seems completely ludicrous, seeing as how they literally could have told me how to do it and it was simple enough, it turns out, that I would have be able to easily fix it myself. I called and was told Roger will get back with me to discuss this but I never received a call back. Overall they were nice and got the job done but I really felt ripped off and with no call back I assume customer service is low on the priority list.

These guys are the people I call whenever I have plumbing problems. We had an issue a few years ago that I couldn't fix myself. I got Roger's Plumbing from the Better Business Bureau website. I was nervous calling in a business I've never worked with but I didn't have any friends who could recommend Plumbers. One of their guys came in and replaced the broken part. He was very courteous and polite. I kept asking him questions about what he was doing in the hopes of picking up some knowledge on how the job was done. He showed me what he was doing step by step with a smile! In the end the fee was a bit more than I anticipated but he got it from a price sheet. They don't bargain. They're straightforward on their pricing. Also there was a 2 year unconditional warranty for the part. A year later, it started leaking and after searching for the receipt and warranty I called them. They sent someone down the next day and never even asked for any receipt or paperwork. They replaced it with no questions. Only smiles! In fact, when he came the 2nd time to replace the part, it had already stopped leaking. He replaced it anyway! I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing issues, you'll thank me later!

Our Moen Motion Sense kitchen faucet started leaking over the recent holiday weekend. Seems it was their "1'st" generation and the computer was bad. After speaking with Moen on Tuesday, I called Rogers and spoke with Roxanne to review what was going on. We scheduled a technician come out on Friday, as the new faucet was to be delivered on Thursday. When I learned that there was a delay with FedEx, I called Roxanne late Thursday & pushed the time out. Garrett came about around 1, and while FedEx had not yet arrived, he had the old faucet removed and then hung out until the delivery was made. He had the new faucet and "2nd generation" computer installed quickly. Garrett was so nice, efficient and explained all he was doing. Our dog is not keen on strangers, yet Garrett took time to win her over with lots of petting and speaking so kindly to her. Once again, Rogers has come to our rescue, and provided excellent customer service. Not only the technician, but also Roxanne who made a point of reaching out to me while we waited for the FedEx delivery and ensuring we'd have this fixed on Friday. They are definitely in my phone as a contact and I'd refer them to anyone!!

I had a water leak in my main water line that was either under my foundation or in my yard. I am in Central Austin with a foundation. When I called Roger's they communicated to me their prices based on different scenarios, including the $45 initial fee for coming out which included the 1st hour. They were not able to schedule them to come out for 3 days. When Jarrod showed up, On-Time, he was very nice and communicated very well his process of what he was going to do. I was in a very insecure position and Jarrod could have easily told me he would have to use the "Sonar" machine to find the leak in the lines. This would have cost me $310 per hour to use. Instead he utilized a metal probe that has probably been around for 100 years and simple. He started sticking it in the ground around spots that are usual suspects for the lines. Within 10 minutes he found the leak, and it was in my yard close to a tree. To sum it up he cost me $45 dollars and in less than 30 minutes had found my leak to fix. Now they are plumbers and are not the cheapest you can find...but their experience can possibly save you money and time to pinpoint the problems quickly.

The worst! Completely unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment a couple of days out for the 2-4 pm window. I received a call from Angela at 2:20pm telling me that there's no way her guys are going to make it that day. She rescheduled me for after 3pm the following day. I get a call back from her at 4:40pm telling me her guys can come now...I'm on my way out the door, so I stick with the rescheduled time the next day. Next day rolls around and Angela's calling me at 10:30am wanting to know if her guys can come earlier. I'm at work and tell her I may be able to make it a little earlier than 3 and will call her when I'm on my way home. I call at 1:15 to let her know that I will be home by 2:00. Her response was "it's going to be after 3, I'll call you when they're on the way". It's now 3 days later and I still haven't heard from Angela ar any other member of the Roger's Plumbing team. I called and left a message the day I was waiting around for them...still nothing. I wish I had checked the reviews here before I called..clearly this is a recurring theme. These people do not deserve your business, find a professional.
