The office support was just as impressive. Natasha helped coordinate everything in short order, making a stressful situation much easier to manage. We experienced a leak in our water heater. I contacted Roger Ross and they responded within an hour, gave me a very reasonable quote and sent JD out within 2 hrs. Inquired about a thermal tank and they added it on at a discounted rate! The guys were quick and efficient! I’m so thankful for the same day service with fair pricing! Heard great things about the company and called for an estimate, not an emergency but needed an estimate for work to resolve an ongoing issue. Dan the plumber supposed to stop by Friday 12-4 but get a call at 5:30p saying running late. Not a big deal. We reschedule for Saturday 11-1. Get a call at 3p having issues with a radiator. He assures me he will be out first thing Sunday morning. Get the confirmation automatic text from Roger Ross. Sunday goes by no call no show. Blatantly disrespectful and a waste of my time. Will never call them for anything no matter how mundane the issue. I can't trust them to show up when they are supposed to how can I trust them to do the right thing when it comes to working in my house.

Tyler and his partner were excellent. Quick, left the site clean and did an excellent job installing a new hose bib through my 3’ thick basement walls. Highly recommend Roger Ross
