Great job!! We called on a Sunday night, holiday weekend. First priority was saving us money and getting us the help we needed. Waited til Monday morning and got a text first thing from the company. Told them I still wanted the assistance and they sent technician within 2 hours. After a 15 minute visit by Patrick and quick fix my hot water was up and running again. He knew exactly what to do, and saved us from buying a new water heater. Do yourself a favor, and call Rob’s Plumbing.

Rob’s Plumbing was excellent, timely, efficient, and truly reliable. I called first thing Monday morning and within a couple of hours they were at my place of business, quickly troubleshot the issue, and had it resolved within the hour. They’ve become my go-to plumber, and I highly recommend them if you want efficient service and people who actually show up and get it done.

Holiday savers! On christmas eve we had a toilet malfunction. In desperation I made lots of calls trying to find someone to help. One company didn't want to drive that far, what? The next wanted $180 just to look, but not come for 3 days. Finally I called Rods plumbing. From the moment Rod answered, I knew I had found the right guy. Rod was wonerful and willing to help us on christmas eve of all days.I felt immediately comfortable and that he knew what he was doing. Rod must have heard my desperation and went above and beyond to help us out. Even after their wherehouse was closed, he devised another plan. Enter Darren, he saved the day. Darren delivered and installed a brand new ada compliant toilet for my 90 year old mother. He even fixed a couple other minor issues she had. He was very personable and didn't make us feel like we were a nuisance on christmas eve. Thank you Darren and Rod for saving our christmas! If we ever need a plumber I'll definitely call you.

After a backed line caused flooding in my home bathroom I searched Google for plumbers with the best reviews and called around for a price comparison. I knew the moment I called Rod's that they were the right people. The owner answered my call and talked with me me like he'd known me for years. He took the time to really take an interest in my plumbing issue and to tell me about the history of his business so I could rest easy knowing I'd be hiring people who knew their stuff! Gave me honest upfront info about what to expect with the issue I was facing, and provided a quote that was very reasonable. Less than 2 hours later Darren knocked on our door and was so friendly and knowledgeable. Despite the plumbing issue being a bigger job than he anticipated he stuck to his price quote and worked hard for almost 2 solid hours getting it fixed. Our bathtub now drains faster than it ever has since we bought our house! I couldn't be happier with the service I received and I see why Rods has so many great reviews. In times of stress and emergency situations Rod’s Plumbing is the place to call and trust. I had a water pipe leak in the middle of the night causing water flowing into my garage. One of the employees (Seth) responded immediately without hesitation after driving back into town returning from another call for service. He diagnosed the problem and was able to stop the bleeding from the water pipe. There is nothing more reassuring then being able to call a professional after hours and have them respond in a quick manner. Seth provided amazing customer service and gave an in-depth explanation of what was happen in and needed to be done. Seth was able to schedule a follow up appointment for the early next morning. Raul came out immediately the following morning. I could not be more thankful for Rod’s Plumbing and will be using their services down the line. Definitely recommend and can count on them. Seth’s expertise was reassuring and deserves a raise or promotion!

The company who saved the day! Not only with the cost, but with the service! I was without water for about a day and a half. I called all kinds of plumbers from fresno and the hoops I had to jump through just to get a price was RIDICULOUS! I called Rod and told him my story and he straight up said, this is the price, and you know what, im sending you Darren! Darren was the man for the job! Darren pulled up, I showed darren the shower valve and the replacement i had and he said, dont worry, I got this. Explained the process and he knocked it out! This is what fresno needs. I called this morning at 8:00 am for a clogged kitchen sink drain and backing up into the washing machine, they arrived at the scheduled time about noon. The tech didn’t try to upsell me anything, unlike the last plumber I had come out to another tenant occupied home for a simple clogged sewer line (there was a wad of toilet paper stuck just past the clean out and the clean out was cracked- they quoted me $1,700 to $17,000! I will never use that company again, they just ran a garden hose down the clean out for 30 seconds and called it hydrojetting, wanting $1,700! I will definitely use Rod’s Plumbing for my future plumbing needs. Honesty goes a long way in business.

I called Rod's Plumbing Service after our master bathroom was flooded. Rod kept the same estimate he gave me by phone with the one on the spot and it was the best one. His crew Darren and Seth did a very good, professional and clean job. He also sent a plumber to reset the toilet after the floor was installed, free of charge. We were quoted 35,000 from a big local plumbing company for a total repipe of our home. We called Rods plumbing where Darrin performed leak detection, and was able to identify the leak. He and Patrick repaired the leak along with a water heater and toilet repair. All issues were taken care of for 630.00. Darrin and Patrick were professional, friendly, and cleaned up well after the job. We received plenty of pictures of the corrected repairs and were informed of everything being done. We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Rods. We will definitely we using Rods for any and all plumbing needs and we highly recommend everyone do the same.

I had very low water pressure in my kitchen faucet, and Darren found a clogged water line. I am on a well & get a lot of sand in my lines so Darren changed both water lines. He also changed a cap on my kitchen sink outside water outlet. I am very happy with the job he did & definitely recommend Rod's Plumbing. I will be calling this company again for any problems I have in the future. Thank you again, Darren.

Called for a plumber on Thanksgiving for a rental repair. Didn't expect anyone to be working but Sage from Rod's Plumbing called me back. Came out and assessed the damage and repaired for me. Tenants were happy that they had water returned to cook their own Thanksgiving meal. Hope Sage was able to celebrate too as we were very Grateful for his help. Thank you Sage and Rod.

Raul was patient, professional and a great guy! He snaked our clogged kitchen sink drain at the clean out and installed a mechanical vent to get our sink draining like new again. He also very graciously helped fix a couple leaking spigots that we had in our laundry. We appreciated this service a great deal and will call again, thank you!

We had a plumbing issue early in the morning and they were able to come within a few hours. Sage was very professional and he provided us with different options and pricing, which I appreciated. He did an amazing job and got our plumbing fixed in no time. On top of that, he was very patient with our rowdy dog. We highly recommend them!
