We needed a gas fitter to help us hook up our natural gas grill to an existing outlet. ROD had someone out the next day. Eddie was absolutely amazing. It ended up being pretty tricky but Eddie went above and beyond to get it figured out. He even painted it after he was done to make sure it looked nice. Very happy with ROD and will absolutely use them again for any plumbing needs.

ROD plumbing did great. Had a blocked vent pipe that was causing water to backup in the sink (something we have to deal with every few years). They snaked the drain from the roof and put a mesh cap on it to prevent future debris from rodents. Fabulous communication- they texted when they were on the way and arrived as expected. They were courteous and respectful every step of the way. And the cost was very reasonable. We will absolutely use them again for plumbing issues. Thank you Erik and Carlos and ROD plumbing!

Gustavo is by far the best plumber I have ever met. He was able to diagnose the issue immediately through years of experience in the job. He was extremely professional and explained all problems. With every possible problem, he explained the solution. Most plumbers will take your money and tell you it’s fixed but never explain the why and what. He identified the problem, explained my options and had everything repaired in short order. Our water heater decided to give out during a cold front, but luckily Juan was able to come and replace it almost immediately. It is in times like that where you realize the importance of knowing a reliable plumber.
