We had tree roots that severed a water line and busted the resident’s shutoff valve. Jace took really good care of us. He was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything along the way, and was kind and courteous too. He organized each step of the process (diagnosis, hole digging, repair, fill dirt replacement). Rockwater is extremely reasonable, honest, no hidden fees, and had discounts to offer. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. We will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues. Corey also worked very hard to fix some unforeseen issues that popped up as a result of the waterline repair. Those repairs were completed at no extra costs to us and most were upgraded from what we had originally.

We developed a breach in the main water line to our house in the evening. The next day I called this company and they were at our house to initiate repairs within an hour. The project evolved into an effort considerably more substantial than initially projected. The work men endeavored for two complete day to complete the project so as to reestablish water to our home. Despite the substantial increase in the amount of labor involved, the initial quote on the project was not increased. The men returned on a third day to fill in the rather larger holes required to complete their job, and repaired the trench they needed to create in the driveway. Overall they performed their job in an exemplary manner, and I was pleased to join their club membership as I am certain to employ this company for any future plumbing needs.

We just completed a city sewer connect & decommissioning of our septic tanks in the city of Southlake. We used Rockwater Plumbing for both. Everything from the initial bid, actual digging a line to the city sewer, running the pipe, tapping into the city's line and the decommissioning of our tanks went very smoothly! Sam, our tech, kept us informed of every step. They were able to do it quickly bc our septic system had failed & we needed done right away. Sam was professional & personable and went above & beyond to make sure all was done right. Natalie, the office manager, was always good at communicating and getting back to us if we had a question. This is a great company and I am sure this would be true for any of your plumbing needs. It was a big project! Couldn't be happier!

Jace arrived right on time and quickly confirmed we needed a new tankless hot water heater. He also noticed our outdoor clean-out drain needed a cap and took care of it for free. His assessment was thorough, and he clearly explained the cause of our plumbing issue. Best of all, he solved a five-year mystery! We’d been hearing random knocking in the attic and assumed it was tied to the AC. Jace discovered our water line had extremely high pressure, which explained everything. We’re relieved this was caught before it caused damage. Thanks to Jace, Rockwater has earned our confidence. He was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond—Rockwater is now our go-to plumbing company!

Jace was absolutely amazing! The service I received from the initial phone call to arrival to execution was mind blowing. Truly white glove service. I trusted them to use their in house network and didn’t worry about a thing after I made the appointment. They were amazingly fast and took care of everything. I had a huge leak that damaged many rooms in my home. Compounded problem but Jace managed the teams to take care of everything. I’m am so grateful I called Rockwater Plumbing. Corey explained the problem in great detail and provided photos of the issues when asked. Job was completed in a timely manner though it was a complicated task. We had a slab leak with complications caused by 50 year old copper pipes and otherwise “interesting” plumbing. Price was as quoted, all workers were courteous and efficient. Price was much lower than another reputable plumber. I think I’ve found a new plumber.

Corey was great when we needed a new water line ran and a spicket dropped outside for an RV. He was very detailed and communicative. The new water line and spicket looked very professional after it was completed, insulated and everything you could want, and they beat all other quotes. I would recommend Corey and Rockwater Plumbing over all the big overpriced companies these guys do quality work at the best price!!

I’ve used Rockwater for many years. The professionalism from this company is top tier. Mason, our technician was very knowledgeable and super communicated with every aspect of the repair process. Slab leaks are very intrusive and we have dogs, everyone was very respectful and made sure our gates were kept closed all the time. Super appreciated to have them.

Sam with rockwater plumbing came out diagnosed my issue. He explained how the cast iron under my house had rotted and walked me through his camera inspection showing all the issues the old pipe had. He even came up with a reroute option that made the job more affordable for me. I greatly appreciate Rockwater Plumbing and Sam for his hard work!

Corey is the superhero of plumbers. We have several plumbing issues, and Cory resolved the first one coming in on time, and under budget.
