Jace came and walked me through everything I had done with my shower faucet. He showed me the correct parts to get and was very friendly and spoke to me as an equal and completed eveything in a timely manner. He was great.

Corey arrived about on time, and his work was excellent. but the next time I want to pay $2400 an hour, well this is why I usually DIY, and I will the next time. I was tired today, the water line is fixed, but plumbing is not rocket science. I paid basically $2400 per hour since the actual repair, when I had already done most of the exposing of the leak, took less than 30 minutes with my blue glue, my fittings and my primer since his truck lacked those items. The entire line has since been replaced with Pex and you guys didn't do it. While corey was at my house for almost 2 hours he spent most of that time trying to upsell the job to the pex replacement, you should be very proud of him. I'll never hire your company again. Your warranty, experience and safety measures may be unmatched. My $1179 repair and that was after discount. I had already lifted the sod and dug most of the way down. Try to sell me pex for box to the house, yeah my daughter and I will do that. 1st pic, repair, 2nd, area when I stopped digging before he arrived.

Rockwater plumbing was great! Thanks to Jace, Salvador, and all the guys that worked on my house. This is the second time that my toilets broke away from the septic pipe. What is mess, I had company staying here. They got it fixed, what a relief.
