Lance and Julian were helpful and courteous, arriving on-time and performing all the services I'd asked for. They were respectful of my desire to do preventive maintenance while not spending $$ unnecessarily. Hence, we agreed to see how my old, but still-functioning, tankless water heater is performing at its next service interval vs. replacing it proactively.
Rocksteady Plumbing serviced our brand new home in 2024 hooking up gas dryer and outdoor gas connection. 1 1/2 years later this week there was a small issue with outdoor gas fitting. We'll, the owner Paul came to our home and fixed the issue. Wow, this is the kind of Plumbing company you want. Highly recommend.
Lance from Rock Steady plumbing did an outstanding job helping me quickly remedy a yucky plumbing emergency. He went above and beyond to clear the clog and assist with cleanup as well. I highly recommend him and this company! They truly care about their customers.
