I have used Rocket Rooter LLC for several major projects, including replacing the main water line from the meter to the house, installing a high-efficiency tankless water heater with a great condensation/softened water system, and fixing a major kitchen sink clog. Every job was handled with extreme professionalism. Alex takes the time to patiently explain the best options, focusing on long-term solutions rather than just a 'quick fix.' I highly recommend their services and will definitely be a returning customer.
This company is truly the “real deal.” From start to finish, the office and their technicians were on time, courteous, knowledgeable and got the job done quickly. I don’t normally give 5 Star reviews, but in this case they earned it. Plumbers as a rule aren’t “Cheap” but if you want First Time Results” give these folks a call.

I highly recommend this plumbing service, especially Alex Engel . From the moment he arrived, it was clear I was dealing with someone honest and dependable. They took the time to explain the real problem without trying to upsell or confuse me, and that level of transparency meant so much. Their work ethic is exceptional—very courteous, respectful of my home, and patient with all my questions. But what stood out the most was the trust I felt throughout the entire process. You can truly rely on them to diagnose the issue correctly and fix it the right way, without cutting corners. It’s hard to find people in this field who combine skill, integrity, and genuine care, but they absolutely do. I’m grateful for the quality of their work and the peace of mind they provided. Today I had Carlos come out and install this Bidet seat from Kohler. Super awesome upgrade to match the awesome install by Britton. It was super exciting to see him test out the new bidet seat. They were super clean and very organized, definitely will reach out again if I have any plumbing issues.
