Once again Rocket showed up just when we needed them! They do great work always and this is especially important when you have a leak. They figured out out quickly and repaired it. They even referred us to someone who could provide a free estimate to repair our walls and ceiling.

Nicholas did a great job. Explained everything and was very efficient and fixed the problem and is a really nice guy. He had to go out and buy a new cartridge. I think the price was reasonable

Had the best experience with great rates! They fixed it in no time. Scheduling was very flexible. They fixed the seal on our toilet and our leaking shower. Seems like they have many years of experience and knew just what to do. Would recommend this team anytime!

I recently contacted Rocket plumbing when I was having some problems with my water heater. This is actually the first time since I’ve moved to Chicago that I was able to get a plumber for same day service. My neighbor recommended them and I’m so glad I called. Geoff came out and explained the issue and my options for replacement. Since my utility closet has a tricky set up the furnace positioning made removal and installation complicated, but Geoff was able to explain everything to me and also communicate with my preferred HVAC contractor to make sure everything was done right and could be repaired as needed. I appreciate the time taken to answer all my questions and remedy the situation. I was impressed with how clean things were left once the job was done.

Geoff was amazing, he walked through all my options, wasnt pushy at all and had everything handled quickly. Ive had poor luck in the past with plumbing companies, but Rocket was able to set me up for a same day appt and was even able to squeeze me in an earlier time slot.
