From booking through Vicky, to service by Trevor, Jo-el and Hugo, everyone was great on my line jetting and basin drain. Hard working, good communication no BS or upselling. Line trouble identified and will work with them and the city to rectify it. A pleasant surprise to find Rocket Plumbing.

I noticed some water damage on the ceiling below my upstairs bathroom.. I started my search online for a new plumber and chose rocket plumbing because of all the positive reviews I was seeing- the reviews aren’t wrong. I called in the late afternoon, the receptionist was very kind, helpful, and she was able to send a plumber out the next morning. The plumber, Geoffrey was professional, knowledgeable and patient (I had probably a million questions throughout the whole process since I was communicating the situation with my husband over text, he is the one who typically takes care of these things). He very quickly identified the leak and to my surprise when i asked if it was a possibility to fix the issue the same day he said yes, and only left to go get the new toilet/replacement parts that we ended up having replaced- he did offer us multiple options to fix the issue at very different price points which was fantastic. And has extremely clear communication with every decision that needed to be made. Unfortunately after he removed the old toilet he found how badly damaged some of the old plumbing in the floor was, and it became a much larger job than originally anticipated (due to a very poorly done repair in the past by a different plumber/company)Geoffrey still made the commitment to have the work finished the same day and spent most the day seeing this through while still keeping the cost very reasonable. he even vacuumed, swept, and removed any trash/debris from the job when he was finished. And left contact information for a carpenter (to repair the damaged ceiling) and a restoration company to come look at any potential mold issues from the leak. My husband and I are very pleased with the work that was done, and will definitely be using Rocket plumbing in the future.

This is my third time working w/ Luis. I really love that Rocket has the same person come out to you. It's like building a relationship with your barber. They get to know you, they know your house, they know what your preferences are and what questions you may have--or maybe it's just Luis and he's a very thorough guy. I don't know. I hope I never have to find out. Before he goes Luis tells me exactly what I should to do upkeep the system to prevent future problems. I've never had a problem or had to call him back after he's finished with the work. Never have had to redeem a warranty on anything he's installed. It's the way our nation was built: by vocational programs and blue collared hands. Solid. Predictable.

Highly NOT recommend. I will go some place else next time. Sometimes you have to trust your gut

My condominium association has used Rocket Plumbing in the past with mediocre results. Not particularly responsive, but they got the job done in the end. The last time out they told me I probably needed to replace a major pipe between two units in our building. They pulled the toilet out (so it couldn't be used) then didn't follow up as they promised to. After waiting for 2 weeks (it was a guest bathroom), I called another plumber who fixed the problem in less than an hour. It was a straight forward repair. Beware, some folks at Rocket may be ok, but it seems like some of their workers are not above making up work to overcharge their customers. I contacted Rocket before leaving this review. After speaking with an employee and a dispatcher, the owner did not contact me before close of business that day (I was told he was on a job).

I have to rate them 3.5 to 4 stars because at the end, the plumber was able to diagnose the issue and fix my issue. No more leaks, hooray! However, it was not smooth from the beginning. Our plumbing issue was in the bathroom. There was a leak behind the shower/tub wall. Water was leaking from our unit into two units below us. Horrifying, yes. We did not know why, so we had Rocket Plumbing to come in to diagnose the problem. Two plumbers came in, very professional, very nice guys, no problems there. The problem was they were not thorough, gave us the wrong diagnose, gave us an estimate, and left within less than 10 minutes. I get that they are professionals and would be able to tell what the issue is in less than 5. After spraying the wall with the shower head, they concluded water is leaking behind the wall because we have cracked wall tiles. I told them that it might not only be the issue and ask if they are sure that they do not need to do further test. They declined and said no, that they are 99% sure that was the problem. I was expecting them to begin the repair, but they just gave me an estimate and left, leaving me with unusable shower. I was totally skeptical that the problem was the cracked tile so I decided to run my own test. I turned on the shower head and spray the tub and avoided the cracked tiles. Neighbors notified me they are seeing water coming down their unit. It became obvious to me that these plumbers did not even do this simple test to begin with and jump to their own conclusion. From this point on, my experience with Rocket Plumbing turned around completely. I contacted Andres, the first person who I scheduled the appointment with, and he responded immediately and reached out to the field manager regarded our problem with the plumbers. I asked if they could dispatch someone else as soon as possible to address our issue. I received a call the next day from the field manager saying that a new plumber will be coming to give us a proper diagnose and that they were sorry. A new plumber came out, went through all the steps to test the leakage, found where the leak was coming from, confirmed with our neighbor of the leak, and then gave us an estimate. He was able to fix the leak right after on the same day. He was very professional and clean after himself. thank you Rocket Plumbing. Overall, although there was a little hiccup in the beginning, they were very professional and responded quickly. Rating: 3.5 to 4 Stars!

After having a recent bad experience with the plumbing service I normally use, I decided to take my business elsewhere and found Rocket Plumbing. Water suddenly stopped coming out of my bathroom faucet and it seemed like the water shutoff valves needed to be replaced. I reached out to Rocket Plumbing and they were able to get someone out early the next morning. Eric B. was the plumber assigned to my job. He called me about 30 minutes before heading over to my home, talked through the plumbing issues I was having, and gave a preliminary assessment of what the problem and solution could be. Eric arrived on time, was courteous, and made sure to wear shoe coverings in my home. We talked through things again and he gave me a proposed plan for dealing with the issue, as well as a price estimate, and discussed potential next steps if that did not resolve the issue. He ultimately ended up replacing the shutoff valves, lines, and faucet. He worked efficiently and was very transparent with what work needed to be done. When he finished the work, he meticulously cleaned up the floor and tried to leave things as spotless as possible (which is something my former plumbing service apparently doesn't care about doing). He also gave me tips on how to prevent the issue from reoccurring in the future and avoid having plumbing issues. Payment was easy and the receipt is emailed to you. Make sure to mention the $49 discount coupon from their website when you book the job. The only negative about this company is that they get so many calls (since they provide great service) so it may take a few hours until someone gets back to you. If you want great plumbing service, Rocket Plumbing is the company to contact. If I have any future plumbing issues, this will be the first place I call.

So I have used Rocket Plumber a few times over the last few years now. The first couple of times everything was great (needed to replace my sump and ejector pumps at separate times). Was happy with the service. Hence the 2 stars vs 1 star. The last two times have left me looking elsewhere. The first of these was last year, we needed to use their emergency services for a clogged pipe that was backing up into our sinks, causing our sump to almost fill. We agreed to the emergency cost since it was evening. That's fine, we knew it was coming. But the guy who came out quite rude and made it feel like we were inconveniencing him for coming out in the evening. I chalked it up to a bad day. The final time was this week. Our water heater went out over the weekend, so I called first thing Monday morning to get an appointment (had to leave a message on a voice mail box that was non-descript and didn't say anything about Rocket Plumbing, so wasn't sure if anyone would even respond). But an hour later, someone called and I walked them through the issue. She requested I take pics of the heater and email it over so they can review and give an estimate/time). By the end of the day, I had not heard back, so I emailed again to check in. Still no response to this day (Wednesday). In the meantime, I called another company that Monday evening who came out within 25 minutes, gave an estimate and had the water heater replaced the next day. After this last incident, I'm done with Rocket. It had nothing to do with cost (I didn't even get other estimates). Its a service issue and I won't recommend them after this point.

I was hesitant at first because of the distance between my home in the Western suburbs and where they're located in the city, however, they made it work! I had a sewer line backup last night where dirty water was coming up my basement toilet and running over the brim. The water came up over the brim half hour after I had given up plunging for the previous hour the water that didn't go down, hence my clue as to why the main sewer line was backed up. I reached out to someone there. The dispatcher gave me a call back immediately. He scheduled a time and told me to expect a call from Mike. Mike gave me a call shortly after and told me he'd be here by the top of the hour. He and his partner, Peter, was 15 minutes early. I appreciated that. I wanted to learn about what he was doing, as I like learning new things. He didn't mind me standing there and asking questions and did so with a great attitude and a smile. In about an hour or so, he was able to not only rod out space for water to flow to the sewer, but he was able to run a tool down the line to clear the four or five root balls out of the line. He ran a camera to confirm what was down there before removing them and he ran a camera after. The bill was right, but I've also always understood the perspective of quality and value over quantity, as previous plumbers just rodded the pipe, which is simply a band-aid to cover a bigger issue, whereas Rocket Plumbing provided the quality and value. Along with what I paid, there is a two year warranty to warrant their work in case I need them to come out to resolve the same matter.

This weekend I learned that plumbers are the ones you call to fix a gas leak! *Insert "The More You Know" graphic* Yes, we got a call from the renter of my old condo that the gas company had been by to investigate a leak in the building and (OF COURSE BECAUSE 2020 IS A MONSTER) out of almost 100 units, ours was the one that had the leak. The gas company turned off the gas and said, "C-ya!" and told us to find someone to fix it. I didn't even know who to call for such a repair but a quick internet search told me that many plumbers do it. So I immediately went to Yelp and started searching. A few "request a quote" searches later and the speedy Rocket Plumbers reached out to me to say they could send someone by the next day (aka, today) to fix it. We were lucky (lol) that the pipe with the leak was already IDed by the gas company and that was easily accessible in the basement so they just had to come and check everything out and make the repair which took just a couple of hours. Admittedly it wasn't a super cheap job but crucial for safety so it had to be done. The communication with the company was great and everyone was so friendly and pleasant. From the first communication via request a quote to the fella who called me this morning to set up the appointment, to the technician calling me to tell me it was all finished, the conversations were friendly and easy going. It's always stressful when something goes wrong and you're a few states away but I'm grateful that we could find a reliable company to work with. Thanks, Rocket Plumbing!

Incredible plumbing Company and support. Extremely knowledgeable, will fix the issue at hand quickly, and are not looking to nickel and dime you for every little thing. End of day not saying they are going to do service every time for free, but Rocket is VERY fair, their reps are kind and helpful and don't mind you watching or asking questions... I originally found out about this Company from a neighbor who installed a new water heater. Even though they were servicing her building, they came over and gave me their thoughts on an item I was having some issues with. No charge and took the time to explain the issue and help me out. Also used Rocket for some toilet issues and they were not only super fast to install new hardware, but stuck around to make sure it worked properly and my concerns were addressed. Their phone rep is very helpful and tries best to identify the issue and give prices, but of course you need onsite inspection by their techs to identify the issue and quote official prices. Put it this way, if I run into a plumbing issue down the road? This is who I'm calling. As for someone giving them a 1 star for showing up late... *yawn* I guess that's the same person that expects a hospital to drop everything they're doing for stubbed toe. A+, 10/10 service. You wont be disappointed. Finding a good plumbing Company is not an easy task and a necessity as water/plumbing damage is one of the worst things that can happen to your home. Get this Company in your back pocket asap.

I am so thankful I called Rocket Plumbing for a second opinion. The first plumber I called said that he was unable to cam my sewer and that it would cost $8,500- $10,000 just to be able to get a camera in and see if anything was wrong. My realtor suggested I call Rocket Plumber for a second opinion. They had better technology and better employees than the first company. The guys who came out (Mike and Tyler) did an awesome job. With a little creativity, they discovered that the pipe leading in to my sewer was not broken, it was just at an odd angle because it was an old pipe. They found that there was a break in the line by the street. Rocket Plumbing set up a PDP inspection and got the City out here in about a week to confirm that the sewer needed to be repaired (and that the City would pay for the repair). I was glad I did not have to do that paperwork or negotiate with City inspectors myself. I am so glad I called Rocket Plumbing! Calling them saved me at least $8500. I am so glad I called them and will be calling them for all my future plumbing and sewer needs. Thank you Mike and Tyler and thank you Rocket Plumbing!

I just had Nick come out to troubleshoot a water heater repair caused by a leak from a saddle valve above my furnace heading to my furnace humidifier causing the pilot light to go out to to the pooling water and moisture at the base of the unit. The service team was able to fit me in same day by putting me on standby. Nick was able to diagnose, stop the leak, inspect that the leak had done no further damage, and ultimately get the water heater working within 5 minutes of his arrival. Better yet, he said it was a simple fix and did not charge me, but just asked that I keep them at the top of my list for my next job! Very friendly and presentable all the way. He also assessed my heater and said I probably had about another two years to go before needing to replace, and gave me a written quote for a new water heater and to replace the saddle valve with an angle stop. The angle stop cost was a bit high, but the water heater replacement was very reasonable (just being fair). I am definitely going to reach out to them for my next plumbing job.
