We needed a plumber for some minor plumbing repairs. Stephen communicated when he was able to come and maintained that communication up through the time of his arrival. He explained what the problems were and what caused them. He did not try to sell us on work or parts that we did not need. He also assisted us on a separate plumbing issue. He is fair and reasonable. Rochester Plumbing came to my parents rescue this week. I was visiting from out of state when I found out their hot water heater quit working. After coming to look at what they needed on Monday, they came back on Tuesday and got everything taken care of for them. They are responsive and trustworthy. I highly recommend them.
