Kevin was absolutely amazing! He came in with such a positive attitude super nice and professional from the start. He was incredibly friendly with my kids, which I truly appreciated as a mom. He took the time to check out every single thing thoroughly, took lots of pictures, and explained everything in a way that was clear and easy to understand. I felt confident and informed throughout the entire process. I totally 100% recommend Kevin to anyone looking for someone who is detailed, professional, and genuinely kind.

I was very impressed with Lewis. We sat down and went over every option that they offer. He was also kind, courteous and very helpful. He did not take advantage because I was a woman. He treated me like everyone else. I believe it was a fair price and was satisfied with the options that I choose. Thank you again, Robinson air!!

Adam Freeman originally came to do the service check. My unit was originally installed by a now out of business service. There were several issues (of which I was aware) the previous techs had...plundered. I had intended to have these issues corrected but Adam pointed out how fixing these now could save my new unit from future repair costs if left unattended. He was knowledgeable and explained what and why the various things were being done. One example of the repairs he made? The techs that installed this new unit (now 2 years old) had ran the condensation drainage through the filter housing. Essentially compromising the efficiency of the filter leaving a 4 inch gap that was sealed with foil tape. The actual filter should have been a 20 inch filter not a 16 that was "urban engineered" to fit. In short I appreciated his honesty and professionalism in doing the job quickly, efficiently and at a fair price. I could have paid more and not have had the issue appropriately addressed. I feel confident that my unit will be in service for many years to come. Thanks to Adam's exceptional service.

Had the Robinson air come check out my ac unit and all the did was take pictures and didn’t even diagnose the problem and then proceeded to try to get me to get a new ac unit ,called another hvac specialist and he fix the problem

Would warn anyone against using this company. I paid $20k for a new unit, a service contact warranty etc. it quit working and my house was 80 degrees and when I called to have it fixed I was told the soonest they could be out was in 3 days. All that money for a new unit and then it breaks and they take 3 days to fix it. I would caution anyone who doesn’t want to be in a sweltering home to use a company with better customer service and equipment.

We first contacted this company to fix a leak that was coming from our garage. The first guy that came out tried to snake our washer drain, said he couldn't get through and assumed the pipe was collapsed. He then tells us the only thing he could do was to hook up our washer drain to the hvac drain (we know nothing about plumbing...which is why we called a plumber). I confirmed with him twice it would not cause any further issues and that it was ok to do. He assured me it was totally fine and we wouldn't have any problems. It starts leaking again a couple months later (in my head I believed the pipe was fixed and assumed it was my washer) then it starts leaking so bad we look under the crawl space. Water is gushing from the pipe they have installed. We call them again and a different person comes out. He tells us that the first guys work was never going to solve the problem, that work should never have been done (its against code) and the last guy was fired for doing shady work just like that. At this point, we dont know whats going on so I call another company who confirms, that work should have never been done! Just spoke to a manager today who says even though he knows that it shouldn't have been done all they can do is offer to credit the money we have already paid them to do further shady work on our home. Do not call them for absolutely anything!

Nick and Kerwin from Robinson Air completely exceeded my expectations during our full HVAC system replacement. From start to finish, they were professional, thorough, and incredibly respectful of my home. Nick handled all of the indoor work up in the attic, taking care of the ductwork and ventilation components with great attention to detail. He made sure everything was properly installed and functioning as it should. Kerwin worked on the outdoor unit and system setup, and it was clear he knew exactly what he was doing—everything was handled efficiently and with care. What really stood out to me was how well they communicated throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what they were doing, answered my questions without making me feel rushed, and even showed me pictures so I could understand the work being done behind the scenes. That level of transparency meant a lot. On top of that, they left my home just as clean as they found it—no mess, no debris, nothing left behind. It’s not always easy having major work done in your home, but Nick and Kerwin made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. If you’re getting HVAC work done, I highly recommend asking for them. You’ll be in great hands.

Robinson Air replaced my aging ac system, furnace, and ducts, and put insulation through my attic and added some returns and a vent in the laundry room. The work took several days over the course of two weeks. There were a few days we went without ac so Robinson delivered several portable units which kept it cool. Wes and Carlos did most of the work. They were professional and informed me of their progress each day. I appreciated their cordial demeanor and care they took to clean up. They also took care around my furniture. There are a few areas that the carpenters are coming back out to fix and I won't really know how well the system works until I go through an Oklahoma winter and summer. The ac is controlled by the wall thermostat or an app. The inside unit was moved to the attic and opened up a closet for another use. The outside unit is much smaller too and they are both very quiet. Overall it was a good experience. Update: The AC is running well. Kevin came out today to tune it up, replace filters, and do a cleaning treatment. Super kind, friendly guy. He patiently ordered new filter sizes and answered my billing questions. Thanks!

From the nightmare of finding an old air system leaking water into garage and under the tile flooring of kitchen ... to a well explained professional and friendly review with several options to fix, replace, upgrade etc. So happy we called them. They addressed ALL our concerns and questions. Same day inspection and fast scheduling. Will definately sleep better tonight. Day one of installation. So fast and well done. Jacob and partner are easy to communicate with and very courteous. Almost done. Final ... beautiful system and water heater. Air scrubber is a noticeable difference in air quality too. Every followup tweaks were handled really fast and professionably. Friendly people working for this company. Plumber Mr Wilkes and tech Adam Freeman have 5 star ratings too. We will be using the semi annual system checks too. Thank you everyone. Plumber Reuben Montanez did a wonderful job today replacing our kitchen sink faucet set and replacing a leaky water valve on the kitchen wall that supplues the refrigerator icemaker.

10/10. Amazing. I sent a request last night via the company website and got a call around 9 A.M this morning saying a Plumber would be available between now and Noon. Within 45 minutes Ruben called me and said he was on his was. Ruben came to service a clog in my bathroom. I spent hours the night before snaking it with no luck. He explained what he wanted to do and gave me some options to choose from. I decided and he cleared the drain and ran a camera so we can see whats going on. He was extremely poliet, professional, understanding and quick in everything he did. Not only that, he was respectful of our home and treated it as his own. My past two experiences with this company has lifted a great weight of my shoudlers. I HIGHLY recommend calling Robinson for any plumbing needs. If you're concerned about the price, just know that you are getting high quality, honest working men and woman who truly do care and who want to help.

Our rental company has been using Robinson since we moved in 2 years ago. They’ve always done an alright job, nothing to write home about though. However, the most recent visit was a new technician, Adam, and he did a phenomenal job. He was so respectful, shook both mine and my husband’s hands when he came in. No previous techs have done that. He was incredibly thorough and explained everything he was doing. He seemed genuinely passionate about his job and that makes all the difference in service careers, like HVAC. If there is a way for us to request only Adam from here on out, I will.

I had my first AC system maintenance from Manny, with Robinson Air HVAC & Plumbing. He is very personable, friendly and knowledgeable, as is anyone I have dealt with from the company. After servicing the equipment in the attic he went outside to service the compressor. He found out he couldn’t remove the circuit breaker from the back of the unit. Due to some loose wiring the connection had heated up and melted the breaker switch in place. Manny was able to fix the problem completely. I HIGHLY recommend Robinson Air HVAC & Plumbing!

Excellent experience. Rueben Montanez came out after hours to clear a pipe issue in our yard and was professional, prompt, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain what was causing the problem and what needed to be done to fix it, which I really appreciated. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and everything was left clean afterward. It’s hard to find someone reliable who is willing to come out after hours, and he went above and beyond. Highly recommend for anyone needing honest and dependable plumbing work.

04/16/2026: Brandon Dorman exchanged the thermostat. As always, courteous and professional. There is only one word for this company - OUTSTANDING Their customer service is tops! All their techs are very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I have dealt with many HVAC companies over the years but this one is just great. Highly recommendable! Keep up the good work! 03/23/26: Kevin was out today to fix an a/c issue. As always, courteous and professional.

The person they sent was Ruben. He was so nice. It was snowing, icy and freezing but he still greeted me with an introduction and a smile. He explained what was wrong with our fireplace in terms that I could understand and let me know about the plumbing deals going on AND discounts that were available if we signed up for a membership. Because of Ruben, we now have a reliable company that we can depend on and a safe gas line for a cozy fire.
