“Had the Robinson air come check out my ac unit and all the did was take pictures and didn’t even diagnose the problem and then proceeded to try to get me to get a new ac unit ,called another hvac specialist and he fix the problem”
“Would warn anyone against using this company. I paid $20k for a new unit, a service contact warranty etc. it quit working and my house was 80 degrees and when I called to have it fixed I was told the soonest they could be out was in 3 days. “We first contacted this company to fix a leak that was coming from our garage. The first guy that came out tried to snake our washer drain, said he couldn't get through and assumed the pipe was collapsed. He then tells us the only thing he could do was to hook up our washer drain to the hvac drain (we know nothing about plumbing...which is why we called a plumber).
