RNS Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

I called RNS to help with our kitchen renovation to move a sink, run new feed lines, and run feed and waste lines for a laundry room. He was willing to work around our schedule to come out multiple times to answer questions. Roy is super easy to work with and knows his stuff. I know very little about plumbing and he could describe what I needed and what he was going to do in a way that made sense to me, unlike some other plumbers in the area I requested estimates from. We also had some last minute additions and he just rolled with it. Highly recommend RNS and would definitely use their services again.

Roy was prompt, polite and professional. He explained the issue to me without being condescending which I greatly appreciated. He made the needed repairs and also adjusted the toilet so we don't have to hold the handle down forever.....that little extra adjustment really won me over. Called RNS because our kitchen sink was backing up in to the first floor bathroom sink. Roy came out within 45 minutes, and had us cleared and back to cleaning dishes in no time flat. I'd definitely recommend RNS and Roy, they're punctual, reasonably priced, and didn't try to tell me I needed anything I didn't.
