I wanted someone that would help solve problems and Ruben did just that. He tested a few areas of the house, identified the root cause of my plumbing problem, and provided options to fix the areas of concern. In addition, Ruben walked me through what was working well and what may become a future issue. Ruben is honest, hard-working, and professional - something not often seen today. Side note: I contacted RLG plumbing following a shady experience with another plumbing service, it was a night and day experience - very glad a friend recommended Ruben.

The plumber showed me all the old pipes and the dirt in all the pipes. All the plumbers are great to work with. Ruben has a a very nice personality.

Was able to schedule a next day appointment. Service was great. Explained the job and showed me what needed to be replaced. Cleaned up after himself.

When I spoke with them over the phone I asked them to come snake my bathroom sink drain and run a camera in my drainage pipe. When the Ruben showed up, he only came to snake the sink and said it would have to be another appointment for the drainage pipe. While he was there he gave me a free drain cleaner to help out, and he used a handheld snake to clean snake my sink. The following week the sink was already draining slowly. I left a voicemail and they got back to me via email. They informed me that I needed a new sink pipe (expensive repair), I didn’t dispute that but said the previous plumber who came out used an industrial snake and his job lasted nearly a year. Instead of making it right they simply said I should go back to him and get him to do it, after I already paid of course. So I would not recommend this company because they did not make things right.

Great plumbing and gas company. I had both plumbing and gas work done in my home. They were fast, friendly, and trustworthy.
