They were so amazing to work with! Communicated well and took care of us when we were in a crisis of no heat! They got everything back up and running in just a couple hours. Vince was very nice and informative. Thank you!

Rasmussen Plumbing was easy to schedule and prompt and on time. Colin wworked quickly and efficiently adding new larger drain lines which solved our gurgling sink drain that had been an issue for many years.. .

i will not be hiring this company again. the plumber left the job without finishing and then asked if a different plumber (from a different company) could finish the work. ugh!

My neighbors needed a new drain put in. To do so they had to rip up my front yard and order to run the pipe. I'm fine with that. Anything to help a neighbor but the way that this company left my front yard. Now I have flooding in my front yard. Absolute garbage.. I don't even want to give him one star. This is your reply to a good job. Wow. Yes The grass eating looks good because it's my own. The neighbors looks terrible. And I still have this mass of hump in my front yard.

The guys they hire must have to pass some sort of “kindness test” because both that have helped me over the past few years are nothing but that! Sam & Matt were both so professional and then showed me what they were doing and explained how to troubleshoot on my own next time. This time in particular, my pilot went out on my water heater in the new home I moved into, I tried for an hour to get it myself and it wouldn’t light. Sam came, looked and got it working. Then had me look for myself to see what I was doing wrong before. He also asked if there was anything else he needed to look at since he was there. How kind?! I’m blessed and thankful to have a company like this to work with. Thank you Rasmussen for hiring the good guys!

Had the water heater go out unexpectedly in the house I just bought, and decided to go with Rasmussen since a coworker recommended them. Al was able to show up early to the initial visit and we had hoped the fix was going to work. Unfortunately, that night we realized we still didn't have hot water. Al was able to come back the next afternoon try out one other fix, and when that didn't work he got the new water heater installed quickly. I was extremely happy with how fast and friendly Al was and when our bill came, it was less than the original quote. I highly recommend this company and Al to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

Just had another visit from Rasmussen for our air conditioner. Al was the tech. He is spectacular. This is the second time I've worked with him, and each time I've been stunned and how quickly he can pinpoint and fix a problem; he's clearly a seasoned pro who has seen it all. In about 10 minutes, he identified the problem and replaced a part. Now I don't have to worry about enduring the Wisconsin mugginess without an AC unit. Excellent work. Personally, Al is also friendly and kind. He said he liked my yard and took some time to play with our new puppy. I will be calling Rasmussen again, no question.

I called this morning about my pipes being frozen, and they were able to come out this afternoon! It ended up being a lot more complicated and they had to try many methods, but Cole and Chip were so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. We have a temporary solution right now, but they are already coming up with ideas for a permanent solution. I’m sure it’s a crazy stressful time for the workers because of the super cold weather, but everyone I talked with was helpful, positive, and friendly. Any plumbing needs I have in the future I will 100% be using Rasmussen.

This is our third time using Rasmussen Plumbing and they have been excellent every time. Professional, quick, and at a fair price. Everything about our experiences have been top notch. Rachael was quick and prompt with taking our information and at getting us someone as quick as possible. Mike was a consummate professional and extremely efficient. We got fantastic service when calling their emergency service in the past as well. Will continue to do business with them in the future.

Brett is the consummate professional. He is always prompt with a return phone call or even stopping by for a quick issue. There’s always cordial conversation whether that be fishing or learning about sump pumps, but he has a way about getting his work done professionally as well as having what I would call a great bedside manner. Prices are more than reasonable, and the workmanship is top notch. I would never hesitate to recommend Brett’s excellent plumbing services.

Water heater went out over the weekend, so I called Rasmussen first thing Monday morning. By 9:30ish they were at my house and by 11am the new water heater was installed and old one removed. The installer (Mark I think? sorry don't remember his name) was professional and extremely nice. Didn't even charge me extra to watch! I am completely satisfied with the service, the install, and the price (which was actually less than I expected). Thank you!

The customer service was outstanding! We had an emergency and they did everything they could to get someone out here on a Friday. They were able to come but unfortunately the fix didn't work. They were able to squeeze us in on Monday and solve the problem. Both Sam and Corey were very knowledgeable with older plumbing. We're very grateful and have an appointment this week to resolve another problem. We highly recommend this company!

We highly recommend RJ Rasmussen Plumbing and Cooling. We had a problem with our central air unit on the hottest day of summer. We left a message at night & they promptly called us first thing in the morning. They came out at 8:00 a.m the same day! The technician, Steve was highly knowledgeable, professional & courteous. We tell all our family & friends to call them with any issues they have, because you can rely on Rasmussen!

We stopped by the office asking for some help. Before we got home Collin, one of their team members, was in the driveway waiting to assess the situation. While he was unable to make the repairs, he was able to install some shut off valves so we could have water supply back to the rest of the house. He was back the next day to complete repairs. Could not be happier with the work completed and the swiftness of the repair.
