I’ve been using this company for over 11 years, and they continue to exceed my expectations every single time! Recently, our AC stopped working, and they sent a technician out right away. He was incredibly knowledgeable—after I explained the issue, he immediately diagnosed the problem and even made an extra trip to pick up the replacement part to get us up and running the same day. This is a woman-owned business run by hardworking people who truly treat their customers and employees like family. Their service is always superior, and their prices are very reasonable. It’s rare to find a company that cares this much and delivers such consistent quality. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, dependable HVAC service!

As a small business owner, I strongly caution others against using this HVAC/R company. In my 10+ years of small business ownership, they are by far the least trustworthy and poorest performing contractor I have ever used. Our experience with them was nothing short of a disaster. We trusted them with all our HVAC and refrigeration needs and were met with poor service, a defensive attitude, and zero accountability. When problems arose (and there were many), they were quick to argue and slow to act. They raised our service rate by 25% over the course of a year without notifying us. When I asked about it via email—no response. I also requested multiple quotes that never showed up. As a business owner, I don’t have time to chase vendors just to pay them. We caught them billing us for work that was clearly not performed. On two separate occasions I verified this—one required a third-party HVAC company to inspect and confirm, with photos, that the rooftop unit had not been cleaned or serviced as billed. Even when caught with proof, they were completely deflective on the issue. After waiting almost 2 months for a return visit to correct this PM (and them continually rescheduling) – we gave up and had to hire a new company to do the work. Their refrigeration services were even worse. They mis-sized a walk-in freezer system – which we purchased and were forced to replace - because they used incorrect measurements and passed the load calculations off to their supply warehouse. When I showed them manufacturer-provided calculations that proved the system was undersized, they did nothing but argue. No ownership. No fix. Just more excuses. Hilariously, they also bid to replace the walk in freezer / cooler and the measurement was completely wrong. If I would have used them – they would have showed up with a cooler/freezer that would not have fit the space. Inability to properly use a tape measure, I’m sure that would have been turned around on me and become my fault too. The most frustrating part of all this has been their attitude—always defensive, never apologetic, and absolutely no sense of customer care or professionalism. Bottom line: If something goes wrong (and it likely will), this company will not stand behind their work. Do yourself a favor—look elsewhere. You deserve a company that values your time, your business, and does the job right. Attached are photos right after a “PM” on our roof top units.

I used RJ O'Neil for the first time and was beyond impressed! I was given options of furnace repair, replacement and furnace and a/c replacement. As a woman it is an intimidating process to have home repairs/replacement done, but RJ O'Neil made it such an easy process. I appreciate their professionalism, expertise and how respectfully they treated me. I am very happy with my new furnace & AC, I would highly recommend RJ O'Neil!!

R. J. O’Neil handled the removal and installation of our heating and AC system today. The response to our need was quick, starting with the estimate, then proposal/invoice and finally the installation. The installers were prompt and professional and work was done in a timely fashion. They went above and beyond when connecting to the existing duct work and the clean up. We highly recommend R. J. We can’t thank RJ O’Neil enough! Our AC went out in the middle of a heat wave, and with a newborn at home we were really worried. They responded immediately, showed up quickly, and had our unit fixed the same day. The technician was professional, efficient and personable.
