Don has been handling my routine maintenance for a few years and I am so thankful. He is honest, knowledgable and friendly. I left other companies due to their pressure to sell and dishonesty. I assume they did not think I would research the issue prior to their sales pitch. Don does his work, explains his findings and offers quotes if he finds a problem. Appreciate you, Don.

They were supposed to come out. Pull 2 toilets and reset one toilet due to new flooring installation. I told the plumber that the toilet that needed to be reset would only take the flooring guys 5 minutes once they arrived. They couldn't get the toilet pulled the previous night due to the lock bolts spinning. The plumber said he couldn't wait on the flooring guys to get there. Here is video of the plumber running to his van to leave as the flooring guys pulled up. Now the flooring guys have to come back tomorrow just to lay 5 rows of floor. Go with someone that cares about their customers

UPDATE: The manager called the seller and is getting her a credit on the plumbing repairs. As a local realtor, I work with a lot of different service providers, and I truly wish I could say my experience with R.J. Kielty Plumbing, Heating & Cooling was a positive one — but unfortunately, it was far from it. I needed to coordinate a plumber for a seller who had already moved out of state to South Carolina. The home is vacant, and we discovered a minor leak in the laundry room near the washer hookup as well as an issue with the main water shut‑off valve. R.J. Kielty came out during the week, gave us a quote, and assured us they’d order the parts and be back on Friday to complete the work. Friday came… and in the middle of the day, we got a call saying the parts weren’t in and they wouldn’t be out until Monday. That was frustrating, but we waited. When they did finally come out, they only sent the sellers a photo of a small portion of the work they did in the laundry room. When I personally went to the home to inspect, I was shocked. There was a massive hole cut in the laundry room wall — and in the process of removing the drywall, they had carelessly ripped off large sections of paint. They never disclosed this to the seller, and simply left it that way, knowing full well the home is getting ready to go on the market. When the seller called them, the plumber simply said, “I don’t do drywall, there’s nothing I can do.” No apology, no offer to make it right. As someone who prides herself on connecting clients with trustworthy vendors, I’m incredibly disappointed. Not only was the schedule pushed and communication poor, but the lack of care — and the fact that they took advantage of the seller being out of state — is unacceptable. I cannot recommend R.J. Kielty Plumbing, Heating & Cooling after this experience.
