Jorge did a fantastic job. He arrived on time, explained the best course of action and then wrapped up quickly. I will definitely use Riverside again. Great plumbers are hard to find!! I found one!!

I had them install a SpringWell whole house water filter system. Joe was very nice and straight forward with the install, even added a new spigot I wanted in the same area without any fuss (I had not previously brought up wanting that done). All the work looked great. And the best part, it ended up taking less time than they originally quoted so it ended up being cheaper than I expected. Great experience all around!

I used Riverside Plumbing for what I considered a fairly difficult job. Ace, Zach and a couple of other guys worked hard, fixed the problem and left the property in good order. Steven came by and checked on the job and called me afterwards to make sure I was satisfied and all went well. This is the first time I have called Riverside but I will call them again when I have a plumbing problem.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!! GO ELSEWHERE!! This company was supposed to come out Friday Dec.13th 2024 to figure out why my tankless Water Heater wasn't supplying hot water. They showed up on time, That's The ONLY GOOD THING I CAN SAY. After the Technician showed up I told him I had changed Inlet water screen, ignitor and flame rods and had flushed the system. He called Rinnai Tech Support, checked a few things I had already pretty much ruled out and after about 1 1/2 hours, in his own words .... "Ran diagnostic on Rinnai tankless heater with Rinnai proline. Came to conclusion that burner needs replaced or pulled and cleaned" .... He proceeded to tell me it would be $230 for today's visit and he was leaving....I asked him well that's all your going to do and he replied well I could pull the burner and clean it but Rinnai stated it would be 8 hr job at $120 and hour or he could put me in a NEW tankless for $4,000..... I thought he was kidding at first but realized he wasn't and he was leaving and I had NO HOT Water and a wife that was pissed!!! We had been without hot water for days!!!!! I THOUGHT Calling a So Called Professional Plumber was what I needed to do as to not void any warranty...BIG MISTAKE.... After stewing about NO HOT water for the weekend and possibly having to find a way to get it fixed, I looked to YouTube for videos on cleaning burners on Rinnai tankless system...I found a video from a Professional Technician . https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=hmD4v3lm0-8. After watching a 7 1/2 minute video on taking burner out and cleaning it had to take out the burner and clean it, BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE HOT WATER!!! It took me about an hour to take burner out, clean it, blow it out and put everything back together!! Guess what??? I have Hot Water Now because I fixed it, Not this so called Professional Company!!! Save Your Money And Do NOT Call This Company!!!! I got charged $230 For These Thieves To Tell Me My Hot Water Heater Was Not Working!! LITERALLY!!!! CALL ANYONE ELSE BUT THESE GUYS!!! If you Need any Help On your Tankless Water Heater Call Me and I will help you FIX your water heater and charge you half what they charged!! Pitiful Customer Service, Pitiful Customer Support!!!! Go Elsewhere!!!!

Would not recommend; they were suppose to do complete PVC at our home and they did not do the bathroom; charged us 3,000.00; Larry Moe & Curly was out there; they broke a laundry room light fixture that we did not know about till later & they had put the broken glass in lines that had dug out to hide it. Pitiful!

Let me start of by saying I don't write a lot of reviews, for anything, online... Finding a good contractor to work on your house, especially when you're not there, is not an easy task. My main water line developed a large crack and because of my work hours there was a good chance I would not be home while the work was done. Also because of my yard (several tall cobblestone retaining walls) I couldn't do the work my self. From the very get go Derrick at Riverside Plumbing checked all the right boxes. A friend who had their main water line replaced by them, while they were out of town gave me his contact information. When I called the evening hours on a weekend I expected to get a voicemail box but I was wrong! Derrick answered my call and made an appointment to stop by the next morning on, his way to another job, so that he could give me a quote. Within 12 hours of his visit I had a, very fair, quote and within 36 hours work was started and in 48 hours it was done. The job at my house was no easy task - my retaining walls are 90-year-old cobblestone walls, I have fruit trees, a vegetable garden, and flower beds. Derrick and his crew did their best to minimize the impact on these areas without sacrificing the quality of their work and they succeeded. He spent a lot of time talking with me on the phone and in person about different options I had and making sure that exactly what I wanted done was done. When it comes time I replumb my house this is who I will be calling, hands down.

We had the main water line to our house break under our driveway. Riverside was able to get us in the following day and they worked diligently all day and had it repaired by the end of the day. They worked incredibly hard to make the driveway repair look fantastic, reseeded my yard, and took extra care not to hurt any of my trees or landscaping in the process. Truly incredible work! They were also all very courteous with great customer service. Extremely highly recommended. Google doesn’t allow second reviews but adding an update - I hired Riverside again and had another 5 star experience! The conditions for repairs was not ideal because of additional work I had going on. Ace was incredibly kind and worked through drywall dust and wasps to get the repair done with no complaints and a great sense of humor about it. I will continue to hire Riverside!

I contacted Riverside Plumbing 2 days ago about removing a gas wall heater in my basement due to some repairs that had to be made to the drywall. I had previously contacted another company about this and they never called me back. Steven came out today to remove the wall heater. He called before he came and was on time. He also assisted in checking my gas logs in the living room to make sure they were working. He was professional and explained to me what he was doing. When the gas wall heater is ready to be put back on, I hope that Steven is the one who will come out.

Had a great experience with Riverside Plumbing. They came out to flush my hot water heater and everything was handled professionally from start to finish. Jorge Saldana was the technician who did the work, and he was excellent. Showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done right. You can tell he takes pride in his work and actually cares about doing things properly, not just rushing through it. Overall, super smooth experience. I’ll definitely be using Riverside Plumbing again and would highly recommend asking for Jorge if you can.

After a Riverside plumber replaced a dripping tub faucet cartridge, it began leaking again a week later. When called back out, they determined that the leaks/drips were being caused by too-high water pressure to the house. While the water pressure valve they installed to modulate the pressure was expensive, they charged nothing for the labor, and replaced the blown cartridge for free! I've had nothing but honest, quality, courteous service from Riverside Plumbing. Highest recommendation!

Jorge came to inspect a home I was purchasing and was patient when giving me estimates and answering all my questions. When it was time for the work on the house after closing, he and Zach were on time, clean, and efficient when installing my new water heater and addressing all concerns. There were no surprises when it came time to pay and the estimate was spot on. I will wholeheartedly recommend this company and Jorge to anyone that asks and will be exclusively using them in the future!

Thank you Riverside Plumbing! Unexpectedly and urgently, we had a need for a plumber. We called no less than 5 other businesses, all unable to get to us until at least the next day. We had to turn off our water due to our issue so waiting an extra day wasn't an option. Thank goodness through word-of-mouth we were able to get Riverside to our home. They were able not only to diagnose the issue, but were able to fix it right away. I appreciate their willingness to help us!

Riverside is awesome! Had a problem and called another company months back and they found FIVE other things wrong and wanted to charge me over $1k, ended up not even fixing the problem. Fast forward to today, riverside was able to send someone out the next day and he was awesome! Tony was very informative on what the issue was and explained to me how he was going to fix it and what he did to fix it! I will DEF be using them again! Thank you Riverside and Tony!

Have used them several times and always totally pleased. From my call, getting an estimate quickly by text, to knowing exactly when Tony will arrive. Following him on their site along the way. Steve is so helpful when I call for service. I can 💯 % recommend Riverside. Have told friends and I only recommend for companies that are doing a very top and professional job. Have just recommended them to a friend who has them at her son's house today .

I am usually not one to leave reviews, but I have to applaud the workmanship of one of your plumbers Jorge Saldana. I have been dealing with a backed up drain for a couple weeks now, and he came right in a fixed the problem with haste. He was very respectful, patient, and efficient unlike the last company that came days before him. Great company with professional reliable plumbers. Will definitely use this company again if anything else goes wrong.
