I wish I could give more than five stars. I was in full-blown crisis mode when we abruptly lost water in both our barn and house. With horses, dogs, and our family to take care of I had no idea what I was going to do. I began calling around to see who could come out at 4 PM and get this fixed. After a google search and several failed attempts with other businesses wanting money up front or pushing it off until the next day, I was able to get ahold of the office worker at River Valley. She asked lots of relevant questions and actually listened to what was happening. She had a strong suspicion of the problem and knew it might be an easy fix and had the plumber, Terry, call me. Within minutes he was able to talk me through a simple fix that had my water back! Not only did River Valley Pluming save me hundreds of dollars by avoiding an emergency call, but also hours of stress and anxiety suffering with no water and potential frozen pipes! Next time anything plumbing related requires assistance I know they will be my first and only call!

I could tell you about the multiple times that River Valley plumbing has provided top notch services for me at very reasonable rates which is true. I could also tell you about the times that Terry has been extremely helpful in spending time out of his day to help me with advice on plumbing issues without being paid which is also true. I would prefer to tell you about the highest compliment that I can give them. I recommend them to all my friends.

I've had Terry before to fix a leak under my sink. At that time he was great, even dealing with a crabby dog. This time was for a frozen pipe. Walked me through the process of how to fix this and kept in contact the whole time. He assured me this would work and did. Relieving a large amount of stress and extra bills. I would recommend River Valley Plumbing to my family and closest friends. They do a wonderful job!

Called to try and get appointment person was very rude. Told me a time i was hoping to get sooner. I told her i would try and tackle it my self and call in the morning. She then hung up on me. Not sure on qualify of work never got that far

Had a appointment at 10 am. They lied and didn't show said it was 9 am. And was very rude. Would not recommend to anyone.

Hello there, We have a few great experiences with River Valley Plumbing but today was the best! Woke up this morning to get ready for work and no hot water. Not a great way to start the day. I called Terry at 7am, not knowing if I would get an answer but I did. We scheduled a time but kept in contact during the day. The timing worked out and he was able to make it over same day. A couple parts replacements and we now have hot water! This place is honest, humble and does amazing work! They are my go to place. The day didn’t start off great but ends with a smile. I needed help with an old cartridge that I couldn't remove, so I called other plumbing places. I was either hung up on or put hold for 30+ minutes. I called River Valley Plumbing, & Renee picked up immediately. She was able to fit me into their schedule the same day I called. Terry came to remove it & install a new one instantly. It took a total of 5 minutes. He was extremely knowledgeable, & kind. I will be using this service for any future problems or during the remodel I plan on doing. I will also he suggesting this place to friends & family.

Terry is an absolutely fantastic guy. He was able to clear up an issue that I had with the city water department. Not only that, but while he cleared up the issue with my water valve and meter, he fixed a small issue I had with my sink. All this with his free estimate visit!!! He is very professional! I would totally recommend him for anyone needing plumbing work done. Update: I had Terry back for another small job. He did an excellent job at a reasonable price. I would still recommend him to anyone and everyone who asks me for a good plumber!

Called to have a sediment filter installed and Terry was able to get out to our house the next morning. He arrived when he said he would, explained the best option for installation, and did some fine work. He also spent some extra time helping me figure out a second floor bathtub drain leak issue, and actually fixed the problem while he was there. Communication was excellent, as was the quality of the work. Highly recommend.

Our bathtub absolutely refused to drain, and of course it was the evening before Thanksgiving. But our phone call was answered in person, and the plumber was standing right there, ready to come out. He knew exactly what to do - the tub has never run so well. It seems they are always available evenings, weekends and holidays. Many Thanks, River Valley Plumbing.

I had a plumbing issue that sprang up and called RVP, they walked me through my options. Terry came out first thing the next AM and was able to repair. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Very fair and personable company to work with. They get customer service right!

I hired Terry to do some bathroom updates and his quality of work was amazing. He finished up the project more quickly than I expected and his price was very reasonable. The were very pleasant people and I will use him again for the downstairs bathroom updates.Thanks again, great work!

Thank you Terry and Renee for taking my phone call late in the evening and helping me figure out what to do until you could come replace water heater. Water heater replaced by noon the next day - very impressed and very reasonably priced. Would use again and highly recommend!
