Scott was quick and thorough on our toilet install. He was straightforward in giving me a quote on the phone- which was a fair price for the work he did. It’s so nice to have a local plumber whose work speaks for itself and doesn’t use deceptive sales tactics. I look forward to continuing to use Scott in the years to come.
We asked Scott to help with several plumbing issues at my mom's place. He effortlessly repaired everything. We then asked him to help us out with an assessment on a potential water spot that a mortgage company wanted an expert to look at. Within a day, he came over, assessed the issue, and gave us a report confirming it was nothing. Scott is now our go-to plumber.
Scott came out to take a look at replacing some old hose bibs for me and was super honest about the fact that the work wasn’t really needed. He took the time to explain why and even pointed me toward other contractors for a few things outside his usual plumbing work. I didn’t hire him this time, but I really appreciated his honesty and will definitely call Scott for any future plumbing needs.
While others may have had positive experiences, mine was disappointing. Scott was initially responsive when removing and reseating my toilet and sink. The sink was identified as broken and not suitable for reuse, yet one of his plumbers reinstalled it without my permission, leaving me with a sink that is potentially unstable and could come off the wall if an unknowing person leaned on it. Although Scott agreed the sink should not be used, he repeatedly failed to follow through on replacing it, and communication from him eventually stopped. I had a new sink sitting in my living room for a month before I ultimately returned. I am still left with a broken, unsafe sink. Takeaway: initial responsiveness does not guarantee follow-through or resolution when problems arise.
We hired Scott and his guys to do the plumbing for our new build and are so glad we did! They were very responsive and had an attention to detail we were grateful for. Answered any and all questions we had and kept us in the loop through the whole process. Definitely recommend them!!
