Amazing company!! They came out fast, even on the weekend. Nick was our guy and he was very honest with everything needed. If you’re in the need of plumbing, please give them a chance for a quote. We are extremely pleased with them.
Changing my 1 star review to a five. Because after waiting all day the owner Shawn was willing to work with us on the price and was finally able to get a tech out to our house to snake our toilet. Honestly Nick, the tech that they sent was phenomenal and I wanted this review to be a reflection of how professional, understanding, and how quickly he was able to unclog our toilet. Nick definately deserves a 5 star shout out.
Matt from Canada was absolutely phenomenal. We were without hot water for a few days and when he arrived he reviewed the problem, provided us with thorough estimates, and then completed the swap same day. Even with our transition to tankless taking many hours he was kind, considerate, and of course extremely knowledgeable. Happy to have worked with Right Away!
Andy came out to service our broken air conditioner when it was 100° outside. He first got dirty and cleaned the condenser outside. He was quick and got it fixed that day. Andy was very clean and kind. He explained everything so that I understood what happened and what he did to fix it. Super impressed. We also had from Matt from Canada come out about a month ago and install a tankless water heater. We love our tankless! Matt was very respectful and a funny guy. Highly recommend this company to my friends and family. We'll call again.
Great company with amazing technicians! Their prices are very fair for TOP OF THE LINE products and service!! I have had Right Away install a new furnace and AC, as well as a tankless water heater system in my home. The technicians are very knowledgeable and take pride in their work. Matt came in and got us informed, helped us make the right decision for us, set my systems up correctly, and performed AMAZINGLY clean work! I am so happy I had them complete this work on my home. I will recommend them to everyone I know!
