Storytime!!...recently my wedding ring accidentally fell down the drain in my bathroom sink, I know!!, instant panic attack!!...I didn't know what to do and started searching on-line for plumbing companies open on the holiday Monday!!...low and behold Right Away Plumbing came up and showed it was open, Yaaaay!!...thankful to Wendy who was very empathetic to the sensitive situation and dispatched someone right away, I appreciate her calm demeanor during my not so calm time, lol!!...grateful the plumber text me to let me know he was on his way and sent me his ETA, very helpful!!..upon arrival, Kallem was very professional, also quite calm and felt confident he would find my ring, this definitely provided me with some peace of mind!...he unscrewed the pipes, there was a delay at first, but then it happened, I heard the ring clink as it dropped into the bowl, Yaaaay!!!...big shout-out to Kallem who saved the day, found my ring and also made sure our pipes were secured before leaving!!..thank you for all your help...5 stars to the entire team at Right Away Plumbing!! *****

Paid for nothing. “I can’t help you.” I have a plumber here now doing the work that couldn’t be done.

I had high hopes for this company at first and they let me down on several occasions. I had an issue earlier this summer that resulted in me being out of AC for nearly 5 weeks. I originally called AA services which failed to properly diagnose the issue and then proceed to charge ridiculous fees to ‘fix’ the issue. I called Right Away and they immediately told me they would do it for a very reasonable fee. I was happy. I will say that there were a few times the tech scheduled an appointment and then just didn’t show up. No call, no show. I wasn’t happy about it and called back and they got me back on the schedule and showed up. The tech came over and was very professional and ‘fixed’ the original problem (replacement of a control board). After they ‘fixed’ this the air didn’t blow cold air. I called back to have the tech come a second time to diagnose the problem. They told me it was either a bad wire or a bad thermostat. He told me to buy a new thermostat and see if that fixes the problem. I did so and it didn’t work. I called back to have them fix the wire. They came and ‘confirmed’ it was a bad wire. I told them I already knew that and wanted them to fix it. They were surprised and said “we can’t do that, its a big job and very difficult.” Right here, what were they thinking? They already diagnosed the problem, I called to have them come and fix something they already diagnosed and I had to pay again for a ‘diagnosis’ for something they already ‘confirmed.’ I got frustrated and asked for them to give me an estimate and a timeline on when they could fix it. They never did this. I will say the tech had a family emergency which added to the timeline, but they didn’t pass this to another tech, they didn’t call and get a timeline, they did nothing and just sat on it. Over a few weeks in extreme heat, I decided to call another company and have them look at it. They had a solution to the wire and they came prepared to fix the problem on hand but wanted to first conduct their own diagnosis. They confirmed that Right Away didn’t properly wire the control board and the issue wasn’t a bad wire but incorrect wiring of the board. They fixed it and the AC started right up. So not only did this company not show up on 2 occasions, leave me in the heat during the hottest part of the summer, fail to be prepared and honor their word on getting me an estimate, they also didn’t do their job appropriately. My take, don’t bother and go with another company….They lost my trust and frustrated me to no end. I did end up using Deljo Heating that finally fixed it within 2 days (I ended up buying a new furnace and AC as they also found a leak in my AC.).

Two days ago, my property was at risk of flooding because the sump pump completely stopped working. My tenant alerted me right away, so we called Right Away Plumbing, and they showed up within an hour—which was impressive, especially on a Sunday night. They quickly replaced the sump pump and also changed the check valve. The water drained fast, and the situation was under control in no time. My tenant was very happy with the service, and I was too. The pricing was very reasonable given the urgency and timing. Overall, the service was fast, professional, and reliable. I highly recommend Right Away Plumbing and will definitely use them again for all my properties.

If you ever need a good plumbing or HVAC company, I can’t recommend Right Away Plumbing and HVAC enough. Right Away Plumbing certainly lives up to its name. I called for a repair on my toilet at 9:45 a.m., and by 11:30 Tony had showed up and had it fixed. He explained to me the issues of the previous installation and what would be necessary for the repairs, and quoted me a reasonable price. Tony was very professional and friendly, and the work was well done. I would definitely recommend Right Away Plumbing for your plumbing needs, and will certainly be calling them in the future.

They provided pricing over the phone and sent a proposal before starting any work. My tenant had an issue with the toilet drain, and they fixed it quickly and efficiently. I’m very glad I found them and will definitely use them again for my properties.

Anthony installed our new hot water heater. It was a challenging job due to our small older basement. Anthony did an amazing job. Not only did he expertly install the new water heater, but he took the time to teach me about the heater and its maintenance. Safety is his top priority, and we feel so happy with Anthony and our experience. He is a skilled technician and a kind and helpful person.

I was having issues with a 1st floor kitchen drain backing up and Anthony and Christopher came out within a few hours notice to address the problem. They spent approximately 90 minutes working on the drain and testing the drainage from both my sink and my neighbors sink. They answered all of my questions and offered helpful suggestions for follow-up. I highly recommend this company!
