We had a plumbing emergency that required replacement of a 1.5” diameter ABS shower drain pipe with a 2” diameter pipe - and it needed to be done ASAP. The installers of our new walk-in shower were on site but could not proceed until the drain pipe was replaced. We gave Ridgecreek a call, expecting the worst, given how difficult it has become to get just about any tradesmen out for quick service. My Rinnai tankless water heater was on and off for a couple days with error code 11 last week. The first plumber I called could not fix it. I went on the Rinnai website to look for referrals and was glad to find Ridgecreek Plumbing, a local company. Patty at the office was very nice and helpful. She immediately found a technician to come and take a look within a couple hours. Garth arrived very soon, cleaned some parts, gave me good advice, and told me he'd come back if there was any more issue, without charging any fee. He fixed it and my family had hot water for Christmas! So thankful! This is the best plumbing company I have ever used. They got me as a new customer. Our stove broke and we needed to cap our gas line to prep for our induction stove arriving. Mikhail was amazing. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and did an excellent job. Patty helped our scheduling go smoothly and got us in quickly for our job so we would have a stove again! We’ll be using Ridgecreek for our upcoming hot water tank installation too, and we’re thrilled we have a trustworthy company to work with.
