Rick is the man. He gave me a great price after my first quote from another plumbing service was 4 x higher. He was on time, bonded with my dog, didn't comment on my cluttered basement and was in and out in 30 min. Job completed to perfection and exceeded all expectations. Our hot water heater broke last night. As we are calling several plumbing companies, Rick's was the only company that I talked to not through a dispatcher. Rick carefully ask about the unit model and the measurements and the surrounding of the unit. He is willing to help us to take care of this urgent issue today. My husband had secured someone we used before, so at the end we didn't pursue Rick's service, but I like how Rick responded to my inquiry, and will definitely contact Rick again if we have any future plumbing needs.
