Horrible customer service, tried calling him 3 times. Never returned a phone call. The biggest issue is, we purchased a new house that Richard's plumbing and Heating put the furnace in. Since he never returned a phone call I contacted another company to finish the job he started. What they found was a gas leak. The company I contracted stated that it was so loose that they could tighten the pipe by hand. Clearly Richard's didn't pressure test the system as they are required. Further more the inspection tag was still on the meter, which contractor's are supposed to remove after they pressure test the system. Do not use Richard's plumbing and heating.
First of all very hard to get a response from. Left messages on business phone and cell phone. Finally answered cell phone after several attempts. Calls were never returned from messages left. Statement for services was received two months after the service call. His charges were very high for compared to the other plumbing company that I have also done business with recently. He charged an hourly rate of $75 in addition to a service call of $130. The other company charged an hourly rate only, of $85. The job was done well, but the responsiveness, value, and professionalism is lacking.
