Once again Ribbs Plumbing & Sewer came to the rescue for a backed-up toilet on a Friday afternoon and again (different toilet) on a Tuesday afternoon. Tim, CJ and Chris explained my options as they did not want to charge for extra work since the problems seemed resolved. I very much appreciated their being conservative but I chose the option (charge me) that hopefully insured no future problems.

Professional, skilled and accommodating. Dave helped us replace a broken tankless heater, guiding us to the right model for us and installed it in an expedient manner. He's been performing maintenance on it every year for us and is always extremely efficient, cordial and accommodating on scheduling. Highly recommend them!

Chris was great. He diagnosed the problem and gave me options for repair. He promptly acquired what was needed for the repair and got it done quickly. I will definitely use Ribbs for any future plumbing needs.
