David provided excellent same-day service when our basement had minor flooding due to a clogged drain. He was very professional, had great communication skills, and explained everything clearly throughout the process. We had for the first time ever a major kitchen sink clogging issue yesterday. I called Rhino Rooter this morning and left a message for David. He called me in a very timely way and asked for an explanation of the problem and gave me a good sense of the estimate over the phone. He came in a timely way on a busy snowy day. He is very friendly and most pleasant to interact with. He was very clear in explaining what the problem was, and using his machine unclogged the pipes and all is working well now. He even fixed a problem I had caused trying to do it myself as a complimentary gift. You will not go wrong with this gentleman and his professional service at Rhino Rooter. He is very upfront about anything that may cost and does not recommend anything to be fixed if not essential. We are most grateful and have arranged with him to fix a couple of other pluming problems on a less busy day. This was emergency for us and he met our needs perfectly. The big lesson he taught us was not to try to fix it ourselves since we can make things worse (I did), and those liquid solutions do NOT work (and can be dangerous) and can damage pipes as well.
