I have used Wayne Rhiner Plumbing multiple times and they are quick getting you scheduled, the techs are thorough and do a great job leaving the area better then they found it.
Called about a leaking outdoor faucet. They were here the same day and it took them maybe a half hour to fix. Great service guy and gave me options to fix it. Will definitely call them again!
NEVER EVER try to hire these folks. They charge for every single item you cannot imagine. they charged me $25 for plumbing Tape which any plumber is supposed to have and it's $3 at store. they chraged $93 for only 30 minutes of labor for which I provided materials. They charged $ 50 for trip which shuld be part of work. total they charged me $304 for only 30 minutes of work which he offered me to finish it myself since he did not have enough materials. They literally the worst ones to work with. I will report them to the plumbing board of iowa
Called Rhiner's to fix a bath tub pipe leak & a toilet guts repair. The 2 guys looked at our Toto toilet & said 'they've never seen anything like it before', so they said 'can't help there.' They also did NOT fix the bathtub pipe leak, but in the process broke one of the faucets(!) They said it would be 'no charge' to repair the faucet they broke (really, no kidding). They failed to ever call back. The bathtub facet now leaks. We called 3 separate times. Finally, husband drove to offices, where we learn they did not in fact order the replacement faucet, & they demanded $390 for the "work" they did.
