Lori answered my phone call promptly when they returned to the office. She worked with me off & on & got me an appt. sooner than originally booked because of a cancelation they had. Micah, the tech, arrived promptly on time. He was very friendly, informative, and efficient. He resolved my water heater issue and explained how to do things. I will definitely be using them again for any plumbing issues that may occur.

We’ve had a shower drain and sink drain slow for a couple weeks with no help with draino or snaking, and started to smell sewage in the past few days in both bathrooms. Called and was able to get an appointment for the next day (I do appreciate the quick scheduling). When they came they said they didn’t smell any sewage, tested the drains that did not have the drainage issues (?), checked the crawl space and just said “Nothing seems wrong.” Recommended calling another company to check the vents, and then charged us $140. I don’t mind paying someone to check something, but to not even test the areas that had issues and charge that much for 30 minutes just to say to ask someone else? I cannot recommend.

I've had the pleasure of working with RG Wolfe twice in the last two months, and I'm genuinely impressed! Their prompt service, outstanding work, and competitive pricing stood out.
