Travis came out to rebuild our Noritz tankless water heater under the manufacturer warranty, and he did a fantastic job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the process. Everything was completed efficiently, and the unit is working great again. The installation was done efficiently, and he made sure everything was working properly before he left. After we moved into our new house , I noticed a musty smell underneath my kitchen sink. I asked a plumber to come and check the area, but he couldn’t find anything problems. Then I asked another plumber to come and check it out , and he couldn’t figure it out either. The problem continued until I started seeing mold under the sink. I ended up paying thousands of dollars to the restoration company to take care of the mold , but they still couldn’t diagnosed where the problem was coming from. My son then introduced me to Resolved Home Services . The owner came out himself to take a look and he right away found the source of leak and fixed it during that first visit. I was amazed , he is very talented, knowledgeable and clearly knows what he’s doing 👍. After that he helped me install a whole house water filtration system in my garage and everything turned out great . Since then he’s has been my go-to-guy. I highly recommend Resolved Home Services . He is very reasonable, honest and always has a positive attitude. It’s hard to find people like that these days. Thank you for your help.

I can't say enough great things about Resolved Home Services. This past Christmas Eve 12/24/25 my hot water heater went out on me. I had used Resolved Home Services in the past and called their business number at 7:30am the following day on Christmas. I left a message that I did not expect a call back that day but if they could please call me on 12/26/25 as my hot water heater was not working and I needed someone to come to my home and inspect my current unit ASAP. I received a call back t 8:00am on Christmas Day from Cody and he assured me not to worry that he rearranged his schedule for the very next day 12/26/25 and would be at my home at 8:00am. I advised that I was so shocked that he called me back so quickly and on Christmas, and he said he didn't want to worry and to enjoy my day. As a Retired widow I was so impressed with the care and concern from Resolved Home Services. Cody was there right on time and was able to inspect my current heater and advised it would need to be replaced. The current unit I had was 15 years old (it only had a 10 year warranty). I had it replaced with a new unit that has a 25 year warranty! I compared the price I had paid for the old unit to that of the new unit and it was only $300.00 difference. I thought that was fantastic (also having a 25 year warrantee). Resolved Home Services advised that the city I live in was offering a $1,500.00 rebate! They sent me over the form needed as well as completed their information on the form. I was able to send the paperwork for the rebate right away. I was able to meet with the owner of Resolved Home Services - Travis Ashley. He provided photos of their completed work and went over how the tankless hot water heater will operate. Permits were pulled and the city inspector approved the work the following day. I spoke the city inspector when he arrived and he said that the work was perfect and he was very impressed on how well the unit was installed and the professionalism of Resolved Home Services as well as the good communication he had with their company. To say I was very happy with Resolved Home Services is an understatement. They are a company I have already recommended to my family and friends. My sister & 2 friends since have had Home Resolved Services install new tankless units at their homes. They too, are very happy with their fast response, clean installation & cost.

Travis and his team did an excellent job in fixing my tankless water heater and installing a water filter. They were professional and courteous.
