Response was very fast! Devin and Reid on were professional and efficient in clearing a clog in our underground down spout drain pipes. Everyone involved from the initial call to the final handshake were friendly and helpful. I would recommend their services, even though I personally feel the price was a little on the high side.

Great communication, easy to schedule same day, very polite and knowledgable! Fixed the issue and guarantee the work. Not to mention the cost was amazingly low. Honestly, they are A dream come true!!! Major clog and main line cleaning.

Kyle was great and professional in fixing our broken pipe in the wall that houses the pipes for our master shower. He had to cut holes in the wall to fix the pipe. I am going to install an access panel in the whole he neatly made for the repair. He got our water back on in good time.The price was a little steep but is a sign of the times. Overall it was a job well done. Thanks again Kyle! I would absolutely use Kyle again if needed. Oh I almost forgot about the nice lady that called for the scheduling was absolutely the nicest person she could be to talk to about our problem. Thank you.

Edited: Yikes guys. Currently looking to be contacted by a manager. Our very nice service tech who performed services on our old sewer line, without first scoping our line, might be costing us over $20,000 in sewer line repairs. Hoping to talk to someone about this soon. We thought call out experts was supposed to save us this grief!!! ************************* As usual house trouble only seems to come up at night right before a major holiday 😂 rescue rooter was able to get us scheduled right away when our sewer line decided to back up and sent someone who was local to us, which was incredibly helpful when we needed them again after we gave up on trying to fix a smaller plumbing issue on our own.

The technician did a great job and the entire team had great communication. He was fair and honest. Our house is really old and he gave options to what we could do instead of trying to up charge. It was refreshing to have a contractor that was responsive, timely, honest, and did good quality work.
