One work for Rescue’s service, “WOW”. Cameron and team were very communicative and positive throughout the project… as is true with working into the unknown, under slab, there were complications. They came up with solutions that were very timely… Cameron did through the deep snow to find the needed valve without complaint. The site was cleaned up very well after the main work was done. I chose Rescue because they pride themselves on their 5.0 ratings… it is clear they deserve those ratings… go with them, you won’t be disappointed.

Cameron responded immediately to our emergency request and was able to come right away. He did an amazing job! He explained both options to me before they started working and tested it before he left- he and the other worker with him were friendly, considerate and thoroughly cleaned up before they left! We have a leak on the ceiling of the sitting room. It looks like a breaking of the water heating pipe. I called the Rescue Plumbing Services, described the issue to Cody and asked for a quote. He did not rush to give me a quote. Instead he asked me to send him a few photos and videos about the leaky area. After carefully reviewing the photos and a video I sent, he quickly ruled out the issue being associated with the water heating pipe. Later on the same day, he came by and helped us debug the root cause. He also recommended an expert who can fix the problem we have. Very rare to find a gentleman like him who is so friendly, professional and helpful. We really appreciated his help and would definitely go with him in our future plumbing needs. Thank you Cody!
