We have used Remedy Rooter for many years. From toilet fixes to a HUGE job with our kitchen remodel in 2018. Our most recent job was replacing our water heater. Graham was able to get us on the schedule quickly which we appreciated because we had no hot water. Juan, the tech, was knowledgeable and professional. He came on time and left the area tidy when he was done. We have been happy and satisfied with every job RR has done for us.

Eli has helped our office twice now and both experiences have been so excellent! We had a leaking toilet and a spraying faucet and he got them fixed like it was no big deal. He’s extremely professional, works quickly, and gets the job done right the first time. Communication was easy, and everything was handled efficiently. 10/10 — highly recommend!

Remedy rooter is the best. I had my gas leak and drain pipe fixed by Juan and Aiden, they are the best. Juan came for a free estimate and he was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I communicated with Michelle, the coordinator for the company, and she is always friendly and responsive. Their price is very reasonable compared to a few other companies I quoted. I liked their fix of my gas leak so I decided to hire them to flush my tankless water heater too. Michelle scheduled for me quickly and the technician came at the scheduled time and got it done nicely. I will definitely use Remedy Rooter for my future plumbing projects.

Excellent experience with Remedy Rooter! When our hot water heater broke down over the weekend they were able to come out and assess immediately. We needed a replacement and they were able to put one in immediately, even though it was a weekend. Great price and friendly service. Would highly recommend. Thank you!
