Mark and another gentleman came and took care of replacing my hot water heater. They were excellent. Arrived early and performed excellent work. Even re wired that was unexpected. I highly recommend these guys.

Glenn was here promptly at 9:30 and helped me develop a three part plan to repairing the current air-conditioning system and to ultimately replace it with a completely new system. Part one was getting a new capacitor and getting the old system working. He did that in an hour. Next is eliminating the mold that has accumulated in the handler inside.Glen is a delight and never made me feel uncomfortable about my need to phase in a new system. Financially it’s just not feasible. I’m also thrilled that his company can handle plumbing and electrical issues in my 1950 - 75 year old home. Their capabilities make having services done as a one stop shop. I Feel like I have a partner in household maintenance.

Plumbing, needed my kitchen sink replaced including plumbing pipes. So I hax already bought a sink but of course I didnt measure it. So 1hr later sink don't fit. I was going to go get another sink but they can't wait..I waited from 7-12:40 cause they where lost and late they where stifle to be here no later than 11am. And look how they just left even left thier tools. Left everything on the floor and didn't even clean up....just left a mess for $150.00 Never again!

the time given the morning of appointment 11:30-3:00pm the technician arrived at 4:15pm ask for me who had went to the store and when told I was not there but an adult had answered the door he said he would call me then left with out doing the job note did not get a call but email around 4:30 note change of time of appointment to 4:12

I recently hired this company to address a septic backup, initially believed to be caused by a faulty pump. Upon inspection, they confirmed both a failed pump (covered under warranty) and a failing drain field. They offered a competitive price for the drain field replacement, which I accepted, and they began work the next day—an impressive response time. Unfortunately, complications arose when a hurricane hit during the project. While I understood the unavoidable delays, communication became a major issue. For over a week, I received no updates on when the work would be completed, leaving me without a functioning septic system. Despite my patience given the circumstances, the lack of responsiveness was disappointing. During the installation, they accidentally broke a sprinkler head and replaced it at an improper height, causing it to be struck by my mower. While I didn’t bring this to their attention at the time, larger issues became apparent after they finished the job. Instead of using the existing conduit for the lifter pump’s electrical wiring, they buried the power cable directly in the ground, leaving it exposed near the control box—a safety concern. Additionally, they damaged an entire sprinkler zone, which I only discovered after they had left. Attempts to contact them for resolution were unsuccessful. My calls and messages went unanswered, forcing me to pay out of pocket for sprinkler repairs. While the septic and pump installation itself was done well, their lack of post-service support and failure to address property damage significantly impacted my experience. Overall, their technical work was solid, but poor communication and customer service prevent me from giving a higher rating.

On Feb. 2022, I called this company, my bathtub was clogged, Joe came out, and with a plumber snake, he took care of the problem immediately. After over 2 1/2 years, I called again with the same problem, this time a different guy came, he didn't want to use the snake, he said, he didn't want to STEAL our money by doing that, instead he wanted to take a picture of the drain pipes, that took him maybe 5 minutes to do, he said it was full of water, and the solution was to change the pipes, the cost was over $2000. plus or, a lesser one for $900 plus, imagine my surprise when he gave those numbers, when I told him we couldn't afford it, then he handed me a $385.00 for the picture and a $67.00 for service charge, when I mentioned him, if he took that picture, why was he charging me for service charge, then he removed it. I called them today, and I honestly told them that I felt I was taken advantage of, and after all, all I got was rudeness, and no solutions whatsoever, and hung the phone. All I wanted him to do was, to unclog the bathtub with the plumber snake, like the other guy did over 21/2 years ago. Enjoy the $385.00 you got from me, that says a lot about your company.

Called yesterday and Samantha who is very nice went over the issue at hand went above and beyond helping me by faq's and setting an appointment either the same day or next day. Today Joe the plumber her spouse, came out and is very nice and professional fixed the dual kitchen sink due to a slow leak caused by grease most likely after cleaning air fryer with minimal grease several times in which built up over time was efficient and fast, as well as, explained what needed to be done and the cause of the issue as explained. Branden was helpful by sending the appointment via text and when Joe was en route today which was a window of 8-12 but Joe was out around 9ish. Their pricing was on average the same as most plumbing companies, however, Joe is a plumber and not a tech who has over 15 years of experience and I saw that on how he resolved and fixed the real slow dual kitchen sink clog quickly and efficiently! Thank you Relief Services LLC for all you do by helping my Mom and me, and your thorough and caring staff!

This is the worst company I have ever felt with. I was given a 4 hour window that the would be out and no one showed or called. I called and was told they were finishing a job and would be on the way. After another hour I called again and was greeted by the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. She asked me if I ever operated a pump truck when I said you told me an hour ago that they would be on there way. It's not like I was asking for a time inside the window they gave me. No this was an hour past the 4 hour window. As I am typing this I still have no idea if or when they will come. This business is not reliable at all.

Relief Services was asked by my warranty company to contact me regarding a water line issue. Josh called and wanted to set up an appointment the next day or the day after, neither day for which I had availability during their time slots. I asked Relief Services to please look for another day that would work for both of us. Josh's response: "Well, then we're just going to send this back to your warranty company." Rude, uncooperative, unprofessional, uncompromising and inflexible company. I would not recommend Relief Services to anyone.

Pluming issue: As soon as my horrid leasing company assigned them to our issue life was so much better. They clearly communicated time frames and were even able to get out sooner to us than expected. There was a possibility that they would have to get an estimate from our leasing company approved and come back... but the guys were able to fix it up for us without us having to wait. They turned the water back on at the road for us and even warned about possibility of air in the lines so to let it run for a few seconds. 10/10 service

Evidently, this trailer wasn’t put together like the others so there really wasn’t anything for him to do but check out . my husband had already done the water heater after it broke and flooded the house which left a few places in the floor messed up.(No one repaired, told the last guy about it, and this guy showed both of them ) before the last guy came out. And the washer was done different than other people so he didn’t have to do anything to it

The repair gentleman, Javier, was fantastic. Got right to work on our shower issue. Cut a hole in the wall and discovered right away the problem. Was very polite. respectful and courteous to my wife. Actually cleaned up the mess on the floor and took the bag of trash to our trash can. Very thorough and knew what he was doing and did not waste any time. Now waiting on their proposal to complete the work. Very impressed!

Great experience the only issue is he couldn't find the filter and I also didn't see it myself but apparently there is one. I found my my old receipt from the previous pump out and they found the filter and cleaned it..it shows on the receipt where they cleaned it. Other than that I'm really satisfied, they were really helpful. I highly recommend. Thank u so much for helping us

They realize there has been problems with this unit from soon after installing it. They’re taking care of and letting me know the quickest way in replacing this troubled unit. Hopefully it won’t take too long. The head guy was great and understood the problem from the get go. He’s a 5 star man. Please let’s get this resolved and hopefully very quickly!
