Asa from Reliant Plumbing has been out here a lot over the past couple of weeks, and he’s been great every single time. He’s incredibly kind, always explains what’s going on, is honest and genuinely helpful. Even with repeat issues, he stays patient and makes the process way less stressful. Booking an appointment is also super convenient. The representatives do a wonderful job getting someone out ASAP, which we really appreciate. Overall, great experiences all around and I know they’ll always deliver 😎

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mark and James did an exceptional job replacing our water line. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. They took the time to explain the process, answered all our questions, and made sure everything was done right the first time. The work area was kept clean, and the job was completed on schedule with great attention to detail. It’s clear they take pride in their work. I highly recommend Mark and James to anyone needing water line replacement or plumbing work—top-notch service all around!

James and Mark did an absolutely amazing job on my water heater. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. They took the time to explain what was going on, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. The quality of their work was outstanding, and they left the area clean and tidy. It’s clear they take real pride in what they do. I couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend James and Mark to anyone needing water heater or plumbing work!

I can’t believe this company has a 4.4-star rating—if I could give them zero stars, I would. I had the worst experience with Reliant Plumbing. Back in July, they came to my home to install a Flow Tech descaling device. Just a few days later, I noticed the device had completely shut off, so I called the company and was told a technician would come the next day. I waited the entire day and no one showed up. I called again the following day, and they told me the same thing—but once again, no one came. After several attempts, I decided I no longer wanted to deal with this device. I called Reliant Plumbing and specifically asked if I could receive a full refund. They confirmed that yes, I would get all my money back. The next day, on August 15th, someone finally came to remove the device. Today is November 20th, and I still haven’t received a single dollar. I’ve been calling them almost twice a week, and every time they tell me a manager will call me to discuss the refund. No manager has ever called. The only thing I’ve gotten from them is excuses and false promises. At this point, I don’t know what else to do. We are talking about $3,000 that they took from me, and I urgently need my money returned

On July 24, 2026, I ordered a Flow Tech descaling device to be installed in my home. The next day, July 25, a technician came and completed the installation. I paid $1,505 before installation and another $1,505 afterward, for a total of $3,010. About two weeks later, I opened the sink cabinet where the device was installed and noticed it had shut off. I immediately called the company to report the issue, and they told me they would send someone to inspect it. The next day, I called again and received the same response. After several calls over three days with no action, I told them I no longer wanted the device and requested a full refund. They assured me I would receive the reimbursement within a few days. On August 15, a technician came to my house and removed the device. Today is November 03 /2025 , and it has been almost 3 months since the removal. I have called the company at least twice a week to follow up on my refund, but each time they tell me that I must wait for a manager to approve it. All I want is my money back for a product I no longer have. After the manager contacted me. More than a week ago I am still waiting for my refund (Nov 11-2025) Company full of lies !!!!!!!!!

If I could give negative stars, I would. This was by far one of the worst experiences we have ever had with a company. This work was to move our faucet water lines 2 feet. It started with an incompetent appraiser who significantly underestimated the scope and cost of the job. The appraisal was completely wrong and far below the actual work required. Once they found out my wife had been approved for financing, their attitude immediately changed and they tried to squeeze every single dollar out of that approval. Things went from bad to worse when another extremely incompetent worker showed up with an oversized jackhammer and broke our pipes, creating damage that left us no way to back out because we were already too invested. From that point on, it was constant chaos—people coming in and out of the house, standing around on their phones, and barely doing any actual work. The job was reappraised from $6,000 to $9,000, and then suddenly we were told—multiple times—that they “had to dig from under the house.” We were repeatedly promised the job would take one day, then two days. In reality, it dragged on for an entire month. During that time, we had a massive hole in our kitchen floor that filled with water whenever it rained. Management was just as bad as the workmanship. I had to repeatedly change managers, and the one we dealt with most was rude, unprofessional, and dishonest. He aggressively tried to convince us that we had to pay an additional $20,000 to dig under the house—damage that was caused by their own mistake. When I firmly refused and pointed this out, he suddenly “agreed” not to charge us. It felt like a clear attempt to scam us, assuming we would give in under pressure. To make matters worse, they even tried to charge my wife for something as simple as soldering a copper pipe—something I later did myself for about $50 in materials. This entire experience was exhausting, stressful, and deeply disappointing. Had we known what we were getting into, we never would have moved forward with this company. The original appraisal was wrong, the execution was worse, and the management was dishonest and unprofessional. I would strongly warn anyone to stay away

Reliant replaced our pipes in Feb 2025, and by April 28th at 3am feces, raw sewage was overflowing from our shower drain with two small children in the house. Despite paying for their “preferred member” plan and 24/7 emergency service, we were left waiting all night with toxic fumes in our home and never received a single call or text back. Another company arrived in 15 minutes, documented multiple code violations in Reliant’s work, and confirmed the installation was done incorrectly from the start. They advised us to go back to Reliant since the work should have been covered under warranty. Over the next few months, Reliant scheduled multiple appointments - and every single time we were left sitting at home for hours with no calls, no updates, and no one ever showing up. My husband and I took off work multiple times, moved nap schedules around for our kids, rearranged our entire day - only to find out about cancellations after we called them ourselves. Most recently, we were told Dallas “isn’t a priority market,” which explains the constant no-shows and excuses. Reliant’s lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism has been staggering. We’ve spent thousands, lost countless hours, and months later still don’t have a fully functioning bathroom. Their “24/7 emergency service” and “preferred member” plan are nothing but empty advertising. Learn from our mistakes: read the recent reviews and take them seriously. DO NOT trust Reliant with your home. And to Reliant - please save the copy-paste Google reply. What you need to do is have your manager pick up the phone and finally call us back.

Horrible experience, negligence, incompetence, theft and lies. Wrong water heater installed, installed it incorrectly, blew my breakers and damaged them. Sales tech said they wouldn’t install a Home Depot water heater and did exactly that. Initial installers lied about how they messed up, but I was there so they couldn’t get away w it. If I hadn’t been I would have had to pay for the first round of electrician charges for the damages to my breaker box. The “Manager”Alan Torres kept trying to divert the fact that they had messed up big bc the technicians were “good guys”. He insisted he would take care of me once the dust settled but he really just ghosted me. I was told they would charge me for the second half when the work was done, I was charged while sitting in my house with no power or water. Initial techs stole my flashlight that I lent them bc they were doing the instal by their phones and couldn’t see well enough. You’re told you are being put on their service plan to save you hundreds, but the reality is it’s a contractual year that you can’t cancel early and you must give a 30 day notice by email. I strongly recommend using another plumbing company. Lucky I can’t give zero stars.

I rarely leave reviews, I wish 0 stars was an option but this situation has been beyond frustrating. Over six weeks ago, the company approved a refund due to a completely inadequate camera inspection. Their technician sent just pictures and claimed it justified a 10,000 dollar job with no video recording. After recognizing the issue, they agreed to issue a refund, but I still haven’t received anything. Since then I’ve made multiple attempts to follow up. I’ve been told to “give it more time” and “ call back later” over and over. I was assured several times that a manger and someone from the refund department would contact me the same day. That never happened. The lack of accountability, follow through and transparency from multiple departments is extremely disappointing. I would strongly caution others before working with this company.

sewer line repair Reliant plumbing said that the project would take a day and a half. It has been 2 weeks and there is no end in sight. They don't believe in keeping the customer informed about the status of the project. They wanted half of the project cost up front and the other half when the project was completed. They wanted all of it paid for before the project was completed. They are not able to work with the City of Robinson inspection department.  They left the work site in an unsafe condition. Repeated requests have been ignored. The customer service is horrible. They respond to your emails right away with "someone will get back to you". The problem is that nobody does. ALL I WANT IS FOR THIS PROJECT TO BE COMPLETED.

The whole organization is totally unprofessional The quote process for same day service was very high but needed the sink replaced before going out of town. They didn't try to repair the same day as was implied. The service was not to include garbage disposal but was started until told to stop by me. It took most of Saturday and Sunday morning to get it installed!! I contacted customer reps repeatedly to discuss poor service, workmanship. I was told I would receive $200+ refund on $1800+ service. 4 months later, NOTHING!! They never intended to refund, they just kept putting me off hoping I would give up. I would never, ever use them again!!!

The technician James, that was sent out was very polite and very professional. Even put on protectors to protect my floor I called them because I had a warm spot on my floor he asked me a few questions. And it turns out that I have had several slab leaks from the research that he done, and he gave us a few different quotes. We went ahead and proceeded with a whole house water supply repipe and i could not be more happy with the services that I was provided. James walked me through everything and made sure that there was no lack of communication, I highly recommend reliant, pointing for all of your plumbing knees in the DFW area

This is a company you shouldn't trust. They go for your throat with their estimates and lie to your face. They left a mess at this property. They cut and dug holes in places that was unnecessary trying to find a slab leak. It was like a treasure hunt. They didn't use a slab detection device which they didn't have.We were charged for this service and they failed to deliver the right way. It took about a month for these guys to complete their work. They are not consistent with their work. We had to call multiple times and beg them to finish the work. This is a company you should avoid enter at your own risk.

Buyer beware for anyone planning to submit their receipt to insurance- they do not provide itemized receipts, so you will be unable to get reimbursed. They do not communicate this to you before you sign their paperwork. This experience left me with a very bad taste in my mouth about their business practices. I spent over $4,000 on their services, and they can’t provide me with a single itemized receipt? Shady. In their response to this review, they give the illusion they want to discuss this further but I’ve already reached out multiple times, & they are still unwilling to provide a receipt.
