Reliable Home Comfort

Reliable Home Comfort fixed my old wall heater that had been problematic for as long as I’ve lived here! (15 years). The tech was very polite and well prepared, as opposed to a tech that came last year who I got off ANGIES LIST who asked ME for a screwdriver!!!! The RHC tech went above and beyond to insure there were no problems on the roof or in the attic. He was very respectful of our space and brought booties to cover his shoes . Good communication from the company as well. I did have to wait some time for parts, it’s an old unit and they had to order, but it’s now working well. Thanks Thomas!

We qualified for the HEEHRA rebate and Edison was very knowledgeable about the program. He answered all our questions and worked with us to meet our needs. Thomas, the lead technician at Reliable, came out to assess the problem with my gas heater. I received an estimate the next day, approved it and he installed the part the following day. He answered all my questions and was very thorough in testing the heater to make sure it was working properly throughout the house. Thomas is very knowledgeable and conscientious as well as very professional and personable. He did a great job for me! And Reliable installed two mini splits for me a couple of years ago, and Edison and his team did a terrific job. I highly recommend Reliable Home Comfort for your heating and AC needs.

It was recommended by the gas company to clean the soot out of the heater because it put out the pilot. Instead you recommended changing two parts for hundreds of dollars. The pilot was capable of being lit so that wasn't a problem it was the soot. After he left I realized that you should have just had him clean it in like the pilot and if it went out I would call the gas company to turn it off. It was a total waste of money and I have no heat.

The experience start to finish was very professional. Edison answered all of my questions and provided solutions to any outliers. During the install the team was also professional and courteous.
