Edit: reliable technicians went above and beyond to correct the issues and make things right. Updating the rating from 1 to 5 stars. See photos for 1 and 5 star examples of the finished work. Tech showed up at my house nearly 2 hours late then didn't leave till nearly 10pm. Reliable uses outside contractors with no oversight. The tech left a hose too short, connected it at a 45 across a walking bath so I have to duck to get to my car, then ghosted me. Thankfully the sales guy is responsive to hopefully get this taken care of.

Really impressed with the service. Mike contacted me to let me know when he be there. Once he arrived he was able to help immediately, and got the new items installed. He cleaned up after himself. It was a nice in and out job. Thank you for the great work

They sent out a great technician. He informed me of every step of the diagnostic and the repair process. He worked quickly and effectively. Also I would like to say Reliable Heating & Air turn around time was impeccable, upon calling other places that stated the earliest they could come out would be a week or so out. Reliable Heating & Air were able to see us in less than 24 hours. The issue was diagnosed and repaired same day. I'm grateful. Thank you Reliable and Thank you Tyler H. I had a serious leak in my main line. I did not know what company to call. My neighbor highly recommended Reliable. I took her word and called them. I am so happy I did. From the first call to the time the plumber arrived everyone was polite, concerned, and proffessional. I will no longer loose sleep over a plumbing problem because I know who to call, "RELIABLE".
