“I called after 8:30pm with water dripping from a pocket light in my downstairs directly below an upstairs bathroom. This was after another plumbing company came out during the day and allegedly fixed the issue then declined to come back out a few hours later after it started leaking again. Roland answered and assured me they would have someone out within the hour. 45 minutes later Oleg arrived and had two separate issues diagnosed and fixed within 2.5 hours.”

“REI Plumbing performed maintenance on my two gas water heaters in the attic. They flushed them and showed me the buildup that came out. They also had to replace a hose. It was a little pricey for the hose, but the work was courteous and professional. They also have a warranty for the repair.”
