I am so impressed with this company. I have had plumbing issues this past year and even plumbing companies that said they have emergency service couldn’t come out. Today I went to my local community page, and this company was the first to respond which I was so grateful for And to even make me happier, they came out and installed my hot water tank within a few hours of my first contact with them. The communication and professionalism is a 10 out of 10. Compared to the “bigger companies“ who charge a lot more. I will be putting this local family, plumbing-company phone number in my go to “plumber” contact list to call them back if I have any other issues in the future . I definitely recommend them and I don’t give very many reviews, but they were excellent !!

Jason is super responsive and get everything done perfectly in a short time! He professionally figured out all the pipes leakage areas and fixed them in no time. Very knowledgeable and highly recommended!

Jason with Regulators Plumbing came highly recommended by a trusted realtor friend and I hired him to replace my old water heater with a brand new one. Jason was extremely professional, knowledgeable and responsive and it was a smooth and easy process coordinating the service. He and Caleb showed up on time for the installation, were extremely skilled in removing my old water heater from the hall closet it was in and replacing it with a new one that is working great! Jason came on the same day when I asked for an estimate even though it was a weekend and he had an emergency job. He and his sons were able to help us put new service waterline, 1” PEX from meter to our house which was about 80 feet. His estimate came the least expensive. In a few days, he was able to come here and finish in one day. He is a good communicator and he was on time at 7:30 am. They put a new service line from meter to our house by first digging around utility lines, then used boring machine for the line to go underground to our crawl space. They add new shut off lever and PRV at the better location for easier access. He capped my old main in garage under the cabinet where I had to crawl on my back to shut it off. He made it easiest, fastest, pain free for me. They even used 80 bags of pebbles and sand to backfill the hole. I am very happy to work with kind, hardworking, competent professional who put homeowners at ease. I will definitely use him again.

Amazing! Jason and his team are incredible! Excellent communication, detailed explanations of not only what he’s going to be doing but a review after it’s been completed as well. He answered all of my questions in a way I could understand and ensured that I knew all details necessary for the future before leaving. They were clean and made sure to lay down tarps so that the carpets remained untouched. It was an excellent service, efficient, and was completed with care and respect to the home. These guys are awesome! I’ll be using them for all my plumbing needs!
