Contacted Nick at Regal Plumbing & Rooter to get a water heater replaced as our current one was beyond ready to retire. I received a same day quote and was scheduled for installation the following day. Their technician, Brayden, arrived as scheduled and on time. He was very knowledgeable and respectful and replaced my water heater with no issues within 2 hours. He answered all questions I had and provided excellent customer service! Prompt, professional and precise. Natalie immediately returned my call upon my request for service. She was attentive and understanding of my needs and scheduling challenges. Working around my schedule she coordinated the initial appointment for an estimate and work to be done. Brayden the technician arrived on time and provided multiple estimates per my request. They did an amazing job removing our old sink and installing a new one! They were able to upgrade our sink without damaging our older counter tops. They were very friendly and got the job done in a timely manner!

Brayden came by and did a great job installing our moen smart tap. He made sure i understood everything and did so very fast
