Unmatched Plumbing Experience. I recently had the pleasure of working with this company for a significant plumbing project, and I am thrilled to share my experience. From start to finish, the team at this company exceeded every expectation with their outstanding service, professionalism, and attention to detail. In an industry where excellence is often hard to come by, this company sets a new standard that others should aspire to. First and foremost, I was incredibly impressed with the teams courtesy and politeness. From the initial phone call to the completion of the job, every interaction was marked by respect, patience, and genuine care for my concerns. It is rare to find a company where every member is as polite and well mannered as those at this company. They truly understand the importance of customer service, and it shows in every aspect of their work. The quality of work provided by this company was nothing short of exceptional. Their expertise and attention to detail ensured that every task was completed to the highest standard. They took the time to explain the process, answer any questions I had, and made sure I was comfortable with the work being done. This level of professionalism is truly commendable and is a testament to the pride they take in their craft. One of the unexpected but much appreciated aspects of my experience with this company was their parking. Living in the Territory, I know how challenging parking can be, especially for service vehicles. However, the team at this company displayed some of the best parking skills I have seen from Territory drivers. They were considerate of my property and neighbors, ensuring their vehicles were parked in a way that caused minimal disruption. It might seem like a small thing, but it is these kinds of details that set them apart. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Their combination of top notch service, unparalleled professionalism, and attention to even the smallest details makes them a standout in their field. If you are looking for a plumbing company that goes above and beyond in every aspect, look no further than this company. They have certainly earned my trust and future business.
Me and my wife had absolutely no clue what was going wrong with our pipes recently and rung this company not even knowing what to say. There was the most lovely and kind human named the customer service representative on the other end of the phone who walked us through the processes and ended up sending someone to fix everything. Thank you so much, we would be lost without you.
This company did an excellent job replacing two showers in my home. The plumber arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the job much faster than I expected. I am really happy with the result. Highly recommend.
The reason I come here is for the reclining seating. If you don't plan on getting any snacks it is fine relative to some other options. Not a lot of food options and if you see something on their digital menu screen they probably don't sell it that way. There was a nacho menu item. It showed a variety of chips (regular nacho chips, hot Cheetos), nacho cheese and jalapeños. I received only nacho chips and no jalapeños. They up charged for the items that were featured in their picture of what was considered nachos.
Went to see a movie "The Menu" but during the movie had to excuse myself & go to the ladies room. Everyone knows that's the lost popular room, but here we had 2 stalls out of order. It just took way longer to get back to the movie
Where do I even start... My boyfriend and I drove 39 miles at 10:15pm to watch Tenet (which is an awesome movie btw, highly recommend) and everything seemed decent until we sat down. The audio in the theater was unbalanced so that only the speakers on the left were working. This unequal sound distribution made my ears feel like they were plugged but regardless, we just shrugged it off. BUT THEN, we realized something else was off and by off I mean on and way too high. The volume of the previews were kinda, totally, excessively LOUD but we thought that maybe it would lower once the movie started. JOKE WAS ON US! The movie was SO loud that people were COVERING THEIR EARS! After 15 minutes in, ears ringing, I decided to go talk to the people at the concessions as there were no other people working that I could talk to (reminder, it was late so staff was small). The woman appeared to "be on it," in fact, as I was walking back to the auditorium (#5 if that even matters), I was expecting the volume to lower. IT DIDN'T! I have pretty sensitive hearing so I was at first wondering if it was just me but others were covering their ears too. I mentioned this observation to the woman that was supposedly "on it." Oh BTW, when I went out to talk to them (there were 3 women), none were wearing masks. But anyways, after approximately 50 minutes into the movie, even my boyfriend was getting irritated and that says something because he doesn't have the most spectacular hearing (lol). So he went out to the lobby to try and find someone to request the volume to be lowered and it was to no avail. The lobby was apparently dark and there were NO EMPLOYEES OR ANYONE FOR THAT MATTER OUT THERE! To put how loud it was in perspective, I was dripping sweat because it was elevating my HR (according to my watch, my heart reached 160 bpm and normal resting hr is 60-100). Those who are reading this are probably like, "why didn't you just leave?" My answer is because we drove 39 miles to watch this movie and paid nearly $30 for the tickets and we were STOKED to finally get to go to a theater after not being able to for months with the whole covid situation. Speaking of the covid situation, the seating capacity is limited and thus people were pretty spaced out... except for my boyfriend and I who were assigned to two seats only one seat away from another couple. Pretty sure the seats aren't 6 ft wide. But the best part of the seating situation, was that there was plenty of room so that people could have nearly a whole row to themselves + whoever they came with. Literally every other group of people who were also there, were far from each other. Back to the sound topic: Please refer to my photos as I used my watch at various times throughout the movie to illustrate HOW DANGEROUSLY HIGH THE VOLUME WAS, courtesy of the noise app on the Apple watches. Now back to the sound topic, well according to google, the average theater sound is 85 decibels. Well let me tell you folks, anything exceeding 85dB is harmful. Even sound of 70dB and over can cause harm (thanks CDC, you're a real one). Also courtesy of the CDC, just 2 hours of sound of 80-85 dB can cause damage. Yeah well can you imagine what kind of damage 95dB can do? Luckily for my boyfriend, myself, and all of the other movie-goers, we got to experience it FIRST HAND. Exposure to sound of 100dB for just 15 minutes can lead to hearing loss (again, Thanks CDC). The attached photos reflect not just one extremely loud exposure period, no my fellow Yelpers, take a peak at the time stamp and you'll see that this was a consistent deafening experience. I'm not impressed with this cinema nor with their employees.
Well, they have remade this theater into an ALL LUXURY reclining-seat deal, and the seats are so comfortable. They have an assigned seating thing going on now, but the ticket was still in the $12-15.00 range.. . Its good and bad... read on: Assigning seats just creates another step at the box office line, and average-intelligence people get stumped. So if you are impatient like me, its annoying. Couples can't agree- families take forever to decide where to sit. Assigned seats means you have to save the ticket for 2 reasons: 1. Seats aren't uniquely numbered, ie. you have a Letter row, and THEN a seat number (read on and you'll see why that matters) 2. After you wait in line for popcorn, you probably WILL forget what the seat numbers were, and your might lose your tickets (its just flimsy paper after all) We sat, reclined, ate 1/2 a bucket of popcorn before some lady comes up and says: "You're in my seat". I couldn't find my flimsy ticket in the dark theater (which I threw in my cavernous purse). But I pointed out the seat numbers are on the RIGHT side of the seats. Turned out, we were in the wrong row, and the couple next to us was in the wrong seat too. No biggie, but just, well, silly. Movie visibility fine, very clean theater and restrooms, polite staff, fresh popcorn, and free parking right next door. Pretty convenient! Plus plenty of places to eat right there before and after your movie. That is all.
Ok I know 4 stars seems a bit for a movie theater but I think it fits. Location is prime and parking is abundant to a point- I.e more crowded times harder to find or more spots at off times. I purchase tickets through the fandango app (I have problems with the regal app)and haven't had a problem doing so, so I can't speak for the experience purchasing tickets outside. I don't always get popcorn and sometimes the line is long, but they do try to move along quickly. My only gripe is one time the line was long and only one person was filling orders. However someone else showed up to take orders as well and instead of helping people in the long line, they took the random people waltzing in, who weren't in line for 10 minutes. The workers didn't do anything about people cutting either. And it wasn't kids cutting the line, but older individual adults doing so. The theaters are clean. Seats are definitely worth it for the price of the ticket. I rather come here if I can because of the seats and reserved seating. I never thought I would like a reclined seat but I do like these seats. Oh and they are big too so if you're just a taller or larger individual the seats have plenty of room. The bathrooms are somewhat small though. Overall solid theater. It's close to my house so it is my preferred one as well.
**skip ahead for the gist So (ahem) once upon a time the covid did not exist. The people congregated in cinema to distract themselves from the ordinary. When the covid encircled- all the people of all the lands were banished from the theatre. When doors opened and the humans emerged again much of the outside world had changed. Now, more expensive (and in some respects) disappointing previously happy places of distraction became sullen and drab. ** Entering this theatre feels like you are a third wheel at a distant relatives pet's birthday party. I was told to get my ticket at concessions. Ok np. People ahead were getting refills (5 refills). I was late to movie (I know my bad). After 5 min. I asked another employee if he could help me get a ticket. He turns and points (there is a woman over there)...ok... The woman begrudgingly pointed to is busy filling containers with relish (something green -awkward- Turns out I didn't need to worry! 2:10 movie didn't start until about 2:40! And 1/2 those adverts were for the theatre we were sitting in! ** 1st pepsi only. 2nd only one amiable employee, 3rd the screen had "runs" in it. 3rd matinee 12$ a piece Just pass if you can. Reclining seats are barely worth the trouble
So now you can No Longer buy movie tickets at the box office up front. Now you must wait behind all the people in line at the concession stand that can't make up thier minds while you Wait to buy a movie ticket. Under stafffed ?? Want to cut employees to make more money ??? Now they make you WAIT WAIT WAIT !!! YOU SUCK REGAL HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ONE STAR ONLY BECAUSE THE BUILDING WAS STANDING. This is why you will wait longer to buy a ticket as they are now cutting staff back. Regal Entertainment has agreed to sell itself to Britain's Cineworld in a deal valuing it at $3.6 billion. RegalEntertainment Group, the second-largest theater chain in the U.S., has agreed to sell itself to British exhibitor Cineworld Group in a deal valuing Regal at $3.6 billion, the company said Now Chelsea B leaves a message that they strive for 5 star service but actually they don't care. Perfect example she just left a message that said click on the link but you can't. The Horrible Customer Service continues and if you call corporate I spoke to two different guys one by the name of Sam and was VERY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND VER UNPROFESSIONAL. I don't believe the call center is here in America so good luck
Very disappointed in this theater, management and the Regal Unlimited app. We just signed up for the unlimited membership and realized that they charge a convenience fee, on top of your membership fee to purchase tickets. So we drove down to the theater to purchase tickets in person. We were informed that we could not purchase tickets until the day of the movie, but that with a convenience fee we could purchase them on the app. While we were discussing this with the very pleasant young lady at the concession stand, the manager came and stood there, listening to us complain about the additional charges, but she said absolutely nothing to us. Hard to understand why a manager would not engage customers who are disgruntled. Deplorable lack of customer service from the manager and ridiculous fees on top of already high ticket prices? What a tremendous disappointment from our Brea theaters. No wonder one theater was already shut down. What do you expect when you treat your customers like this? We will not renew our membership and will look into other theaters in the future. Regal theaters, you should do better business than this!
Worst management ever, My daughters are 19, and 17 and were stereotyped and discriminated. My wife purchased tickets on fandango for don't worry darling and they went on their own. Upon arrival a young usher checked their tickets and asked for ID and MY oldest showed her I'd and asked for my younger one only had a school I'd. They were not admitted which is ok but as I arrived to ask for clarification I noticed that other groups of girls the same age were not being asked for Their ID. I asked the manager why the usher was stereotyping young females and not asking everyone for their identification and her response was your youngest daughter does not look 18. I followed up by saying neither do a lot of other young people attending the movie. I hate to say this but I really think it was personal because of the way my youngest daughter was dressed (Tom boyish) and it brought attention to the young usher. Nevertheless the explanation and and the stereotypes were unwarranted and unprofessional. Never attended another Regal theater again, Thanks teenage management for the realization of your establishments ethics and moral values.
I have been to this theater so many times I don't really know why I never wrote a review here. The seat recline, the food and snacks are good. The people working there are friendly. Went to see Twisters tonight, of course had to see it especially loving the first Twister movie so much! It's in downtown Brea it's not a huge theater but it's big enough! It's not that cold inside but it can be. I'm comfortable sitting on the seats they sort of squeak when your move your seat back lol so when you need to go to the restroom or get a snack people can hear it haha but not to lower the stars. I will always come back here cause it's really close by. I appreciate the nachos they were good never seen half Doritos and half regular chips. They also have hot Cheetos and something else sorry I forgot but I liked the nachos one I got with the Doritos and of course got a candy. Would definitely recommend this theatre it's cute seen a lot of kid movies here :) See you again for the next movie sometime soon! Thank you for my delicious nachos and wonderful movie! Have a beautiful day :) Aloha
My friend and I were viewing Wuthering Heights opening weekend at 7pm, I purchased tickets via Fandango gift card guest checkout days in advance and when we arrived I had no confirmation. I searched for 5-10mins for the confirmation and was unsuccessful, however I showed concessions a screenshot when I purchased the tickets and circled our seats to send my friend, my safari search history prompting me to select seats etc it was very unconventional but strong enough evidence that I was not trying to scam free seats or anything of the sort. The whole situation took a lot longer than I hoped and we were late for the movie, discovering this we left the theatre and walked back up to concessions to politely ask for compensation because we were unhappy with how it was handled before, and the manager, Rebecca, was SO gracious and understanding, she got us into the next showing which was at 7:55pm and gave us vouchers. She did a great job at making the moment right for us when we were disappointed originally. I highly suggest this theatre!
Decided to do a movie date night in Brea and came to this theatre to see The Thunderbolts*. We opted to stop by to get our tickets early before dining at a nearby restaurant. Sad to see that they don't have a box office employee, so had to stand in the concession line that was 8-9 customers deep with just 2 employees. They did add a 3rd employee to help move the line, but wish they had a dedicated ticket line. Grateful that my Regal movie passes that were gifted to me many years ago were still valid. A great value with the very comfortable reclining chairs. It lessened the sting of a $10 soda. I know, I sound old. The auditorium was clean, excellent sound and at a perfect temperature (considering it was an 100 degree day in Brea, this was much appreciative). Restrooms were small, but clean and well maintained. I feel that the theatre is stuck somewhere between a regular theatre and a Cinepolis type place. So as long as I have my movie passes from years ago, I look forward to watching movies in their comfy chairs.
