Reeg Plumbing

I had a main line / sewer backup and called Reeg Plumbing. Even though they had a packed schedule, they still made the effort to fit me in the same day, which I really appreciated. My main points of contact were Chris and Dionna, who were both incredibly pleasant and easy to talk to on the phone. They communicated clearly, kept me informed, and made the whole scheduling process smooth and stress-free. My technician, Dave, arrived exactly when he said he would, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had everything resolved in under an hour. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to share helpful tips to prevent future problems. I’ve worked in property management previously for many years and have dealt with dozens of plumbing companies across the country. This was honestly one of the best service experiences I’ve had to date. The entire team was fantastic. They even referred me to another excellent company to help with a completely separate issue I’m dealing with, which shows they genuinely care about helping their customers beyond just the immediate job. Highly recommend. Outstanding service and a great team all around.

Brett arrived on time, he was professional, and promptly went to work. He answered all my questions and completed the job. He then cleaned up the area quickly. Brett is certainly an asset to Reeg Plumbing. I will look forward to the next project we have in mind. Thank you Reeg!

We had a punch list of repair needs, but finally made the call to Reeg when we had a leak in a basement pipe. My interaction with Chris on the phone was diagnostic and spot on— I took photos to send to him and he had enough info to schedule what was needed. Scottie was on time and he really knows what he’s doing, which is great when you’re paying hourly. He also worked with us on options that resolved our issues, but ended up being less expensive. Big kudos to Scottie and we’ve always had a great experience with Reeg Plumbing.

This is a great company! From the first interaction over the phone to job completion, Reeg was great. My old water heater died and they were able to give me a competitive quote over the phone, walk me through what the job would look like, and complete the job first-thing the next morning. Krystof was knowledgable and answered all my questions, was in and out in less than 2 hours, and left the area cleaner than when he started. Very happy with them and their work, and will be calling them again when I have another plumbing problem!

We have used Reeg Plumbing 3 times and have had great experiences with them. Most recently we noticed a leak in our 17-year-old water heater. Spoke to Chris on Thursday and had a new one installed on Monday by Krystof. He was done in a couple of hours and cleaned up any mess made. As it was not leaking fast Chris felt it would be fine for a few days. Reeg is our "go to" plumbing company. We highly recommend them!
