These guys have a 5 star rating in all of their reviews for a reason. I had an emergency situation and called Tuesday morning. Fortunately for me they were finishing up a job nearby and were at my house in about 30 minutes. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly, quoted me a price and started right away. They explained everything clearly as they were working and made suggestions about other things they noticed (that didn't need immediate repair) as they went along. Sam & Donovan did great work and they will be the first I call in the future!

On the Sunday between Christmas & New Year, we woke up to no water. The well pump needed replacing over 300 feet down. Red Beard saved the day, working WELL into the dark of a cold winter evening to restore the flow of water and give my sweet dog a fresh drink.

Used Yelp to locate a plumber for a possible in wall leak. Sam was the first plumber to respond so we connected and he came out within 2 hours. Extremely personable, knowledgeable and cost effective. He explained what he found, showed us and discussed the repair before moving forward. Since in the last year we had a new HVAC system and tankless water heater installed he also reviewed the BTU each used and looked at our gas meter to ensure it was compatible for the volume. He went out of his way which most don’t. I will continue to use Sam for all my plumbing issues. 1000% recommend 🎉 (2024) Now March 2026 we had a pipe burst inside the interior wall on a Sunday evening. Called Sam to schedule him and he was able to come first thing in the morning (my choice). Kudos to him explaining what happened and going through the process to fix and options we had available. Also added a new turn of valve just for the outside pipe. I highly recommend this small business, Sam’s the man!

I contacted Redbeard Plumbing, LLC to repair an internal water pipe that was leaking and had caused a great deal of damage to my basement. I was in need of getting someone out fairly quickly bc my water had to be turned off to prevent further damage. I spoke with Sam and shortly after I was assigned a plumber who was scheduled to arrive within hour. Donovan arrived and immediately diagnosed the issue. He thoroughly explained and demostrated exactly what needed to be done. He worked on the pipe inside, as well as changing the hose bib outside (despite having to walk through ice). Within a couple hours my repair was completed and I had running water again! Donovan also provided information on options for future updates to some of my dated equipment which I appreciated. I highly recommend Redbeard Plumbing, from their customer service to their actual plumbing skill. I would definitely contact them again! Thank you!

After living in my home for 5 years, I realized that I should be getting my water heater flushed annually. I had no idea! Shout out to TikTok! I requested multiple quotes on Yelp and Thumbtack for a tankless water heater flush. Sam from Redbeard Plumbing was one of the individuals that contacted me about my inquiry. Contrary to what I expected, and what other companies did, Sam provided his honest opinion that I should NOT get a flush done because I had not maintained my heater. He provided a thorough explanation as to why, and answered all of my questions. Sam came out and provided an estimate and although we haven't decided on moving forward as of yet it wasn't because of the experience that was provided. Sam is very knowledgeable and you can tell he has a strong passion for his line of work. I thank him for taking his time to come out and look at our problem and even if we don't move forward at this very time that is not bc of our experiencw with the company. We would consider him in the future for sure if not today! It is important to have people who do not try and get over you and will give you honest information. My water heater finally gave in to its battle with old age and started leaking which was why I reached out to Sam at RedBeard Plumbing. He gave me a call same day(on a Sunday) to get some more info and since I knew it was time to replace he was able to give me a quick quote on what I needed. The price was fair and I agreed to have him do the work. Sam was there the next next day to replace my water heater and did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable and had no problem answering all my questions. I hired Redbeard to do some additional work on my house and based on my experience would certainly recommend them for anyone in need of plumbing services!

My name is actually Rick M. I used RedBeard to resolve a water pressure problem at my home. Sam from RedBeard diagnosed the problem and explained the solution. We discussed the solution and he realized we also turn off the water for vacations. Sam gave suggestions and choices (no up-sale pressure just information, very pleasant). The solution I chose was completed quickly and expertly with no mess left behind. I would use RedBeard Plumbing again and strongly refer them to any friend or neighbor.

True to name, red beard. Sam was knowledgeable and experienced. He was cleanly, professional, friendly, prompt, and equipped to do the job. I had botched a dyi attempt to snake my drain to septic. He quickly removed my rental equipment without damage and cleared the drain, offering up possible future issues I could be facing and options to deal with it should they arise. Cost was pricey but no more expensive than any other mechanic/plumber on the market. I was pleased with the service.

So far, so good! We had a mess of a leak, a split copper pipe behind the sink and dishwasher. The owner came out and evaluated, let us know the price ahead of time, scheduled the appointment, and finished the work in one quick go with an additional employee, and they cleaned up afterwards. Pricing was very reasonable. We're happy with the work. Will update if there are changes, but don't anticipate any. We will probably be using them again in the future.

We had an emergency after hours. I am fairly new to the area and don’t have any established home repair contacts. I called multiple contractors that I had seen given kudos on our town neighborhood app. Sam was the only one that directly answered his phone. He was so nice and easy to talk to. He came over and stopped the emergency and will be back tomorrow morning with the parts needed. I will add him to my contacts for any future plumbing needs.

They were responsive and pleasant which are not typical in my experience of any contractor on off hours. He was put to the property quickly and had the issue resolved fast.
