Quick, responsive, and fair. I have an older home and they were able not only to get someone dispatched same day, but they sent someone who was able to solve the root cause of the issue. I have used them multiple times around the house and have been really happy with their service. Their employees are very knowledgeable to good at explaining the issue even if you don't know much about plumbing.

We had a slab leak. They were very responsive. Quick service. Very professional.

Hired red bear to replace a drain in a pedestal sink. Two plumbers arrived exaggerated. The job told me it was gonna be three to $400 to replace the drain charge me $120 service fee and did absolutely no work. I ended up changing the drain myself in less than 30 minutes

Feel like I was robbed. I was told $100 to come diagnose problem (already knew what it was) and $50 off if I did service. I got 2 guys, one guy did the work which took all of five minutes (yes, I timed it). Took longer to pay ridiculous bill than do the work. The bill is not itemized at all. I have no idea why I had to pay $119 just to come to my house but that is what they told me it cost when I questioned the bill. They just laughed at me and said “never heard that one before”. I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t be laughing if I did this to them in my line of business or anyone else tried to pull this stunt on them. Plumbers don’t want to give estimates unless they can drive to your house and charge $100, even when you send pictures and tell them the problem. The part was cheap (pea trap & gasket)around $10. I am more than willing to pay a fair wage and this is not it, won’t be using this company again or any other company that runs their business this way. We should be told what a job is going to cost up front and without a $119 charge to tell us. What a racket! Next time I will do the work myself. No thanks on the 10% off for a good review.

Update 12/12/2025. HVAC check up & filter change, always on time & courteous. Great company to work with. Update (6/23/2025) once again, you guys are great! Saved me money on my leaky faucets by having me get parts under warranty. Signed up for the yearly maintenance for HVAC. Updating again (3/22/2025) Red Beard Plbg is the best! Fortunately i was home when my water heater decided it was giving up. They got me scheduled for replacement the same day, Taylor & Britt arrived & I had hot water again by 4:00. Great service! Once again Red Beard came through! I had a nasty back up in my shower Sunday afternoon. I left a message on Sunday & called back Mon morning. Jennette had already worked me into the schedule. They are the best! I have used Red Beard Plumbing since moving back to OKC 7 years ago. They have been on time & always courteous. They have always cleaned up afterwards. I will continue my referrals to my friends who are now referring them to their friends.

I love Red Beard Plumbing! They are my “go to” plumbing company. Professional, efficient and courteous. And they are happy to answer any and all questions you may have. Their response to a problem is quick. Wonderful company to work with! I signed up for their HVAC maintenance program and paid $0 for my furnace inspection today! They reported that it was in good shape and safe to use. Plus, changed my filters! I feel comfortable, heading in to the colder weather, knowing that my furnace has passed inspection. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Redbeard has been my go to plumbing company for three years. They are responsive, do top quality work, and their staff technicians are knowledgeable and personable. In this instance I had an after hours emergency leak with the tubing above my hot water heater. They were there promptly that same evening to stop the leak and make repairs. Jay Garcia was the tech on call and took great care of us.

Tyler came out for an initial look at a problem with our outside clean out and some other concerns I had inside the house. They arrived early in the estimated window, which was great for that day for me. He was very honest and upfront with his professional opinions on all my concerns and I expect to use him for the clean out fix as well. Definitely recommending to others.
