I had a plumbing emergency when a tenant frantically called me to say her toilet and bath tub were backing up through the drain. Five minutes later the tenant in the adjacent apartment texted me that her toilet was backing up as well. It was around 4:30 pm as I made calls to several plumbing companies. The first two calls went straight to their “after hours” voicemail. My third call was to Rekon & Rekon who did answer the phone and was happy to arrange a technician, Michael, to go to the apartment building and evaluate the problem. Michael arrived within 30 minutes, quickly diagnosed a main line clog and was able to clear the line. He checked the drains in both apartment units, and the laundry room as well, to verify that the clog had been removed. Michael stayed in touch with me to keep me informed of his progress. I was very satisfied with the service from Rekon & Rekon and Michael. The price charged was exactly as quoted with no up-charges. Definitely a five star experience.
Reckon & Reckon have done several small-mid-sized jobs for me. Always fast and friendly service from the moment I call. This time around, Victor was able to give me clear info and pricing for the simple replacement of a garbage disposal. Other companies wanted to charge three times as much, but Reckon & Reckon were fair and fast. Thanks!
Good experience. Work completed satisfactorily.. bill did not breakdown charges( labor vs parts vs service call- was not itemized) have not experienced this with prior plumbing company. Would be helpful to itemize. I am new customer to your company
