We had a broken spout on our shower. Jamie was are plumber he did great. Made sure everything was perfect before he left. Would highly recommend reader plumbing.
Thankful for Chad and his team who helped me remediate a situation regarding a manufacturer defect outside of their immediate control. Reader Plumbing is doing a great job advocating on my behalf in getting my situation resolved.
I have a warranty. Some problems so I call for fix under warranty products reader plumbing charge me $250. I call office say doesn't matter if products next day issue. Charge me again. Any buddy call thinkfirst.
Back in July of 2024 I verbally agreed to have this company install another holding tank for my septic system with the understanding that I would receive a phone call, which I a gave to the individual, describing the plan. I made at least two calls with no answer and on the third call I left a voicemail stating that we no longer wanted their services. Soon afterwards I received a bill for permits and plans, none of which made available to me in any fashion, the U. S. mail runs 6 days a week. The owner stated that he made three trips to my residence, but no one was home. Back to the future now, I now have a statement they say I owe them for their services, none of which I was never made aware of, until I wanted to go with another company. We agreed, at least on my end, that he could have left a note on my door which he didn't or send a letter informing me of their progress, which he didn't. I have a tough time with that as my wife and I are both retired and we do go to town, but we are home every night with the exception for trips to visit family. I am paying the bill with the understanding that the company I now have a contract with as they called and said the paperwork was complete, won't charge me for the permits again. That means I will still be paying for the plans that I never saw. I see the 5 stars of the other reviews and wonder why I am so lucky to not receive the same service.
