We love working with Ray's Plumbing, specifically Bob. He is always quick to respond, efficient, and is always taking the initiative to repair small items as he goes to avoid issues down the road. In a world full of bad service experiences, it's refreshing to find companies like Ray's Plumbing.

Ray's Plumbing did an excellent job fixing a sewage stoppage issue at a trailer home that enabled two elderly and disabled people to return to their home. Duane, who was the lead plumber, was very respectful and kind, as he dealt with snow, frigid temperatures, and limited access and crawl space under the trailer home. I highly recommend Ray's Plumbing to anyone who seeks good quality, service and pricing.

After contacting several large plumbing contractors in the area, I called Ray’s Plumbing. Everything about my experience with them from the beginning has been exceptional. After my initial contact, they followed up with the information I needed and offered to order the kitchen faucet that I needed to have replaced. It did take a while because apparently Required an older model, and there was some delay in the shipping.This morning I missed a call from John saying that the faucet had arrived And that they would be calling me back to schedule an appointment. So shortly after I returned the call, I received a call from Bob who was the plumber assigned to replace the faucet. He wanted to know if it’d be OK if he came at noon today, To which I agreed. Bob had learned that my water bill had nearly tripled and so he was very concerned to try to determine If there were some leaks somewhere else that may be causing the increased water usage. He carefully checked a number of things before actually installing the faucet. Within less than an hour, he was finished. So from now on if I have a Plumbing problem I will call Ray’s Plumbing first and I would highly recommend that anyone else needing a plumber do the same. Very excellent service and reasonable prices. I highly recommend this company.

Have nothing but great things to say about this company! Duane was able to squeeze me in at the end of the day for a new water softener after weeks of trying to get one done through another company. Also talked to him about pricing on my water heater that I had replaced under warranty and their new install price was cheaper then my warranty replacement. I can say they have gained a life customer !! Thanks again.

Had a large renovation done and Rays Plumbing removed all old lines from basement and reran new lines and drains. Everything was run in a much better place. They also installed a new shower, toilets and fixtures. Fantastic people to work with and their prices are very good.
